I ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm and it should have been ready around 8:35 pm. I get there around 8:50pm and no pizza. They hurry my order and the pizza isn’t fully cooked. I had to wait for them to fix the order. I have been a loyal customer for years, visited many locations, and never seen a pizza this undercooked.

DONT ORDER HERE, worst experience. They had pizzas falling on the floor. Attitude anytime someone ask for their order and not a single person that has an ounce of customer service, they even said were not taking any more orders lol. Waste of time would never come to this location. And don’t say to contact the owner because I already tried. The owner doesn’t take calls btw ☺️

If I could give negative stars I would! This was one of the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!! I never thought I could receive such poor service. There were 8 employees working that night and out of the 8 none of them were sober. Each and every one was high or intoxicated! Long story short: waited 2 hours for wrong order and horrible food. Yes we ate it because we were hungry and we had paid for it. We tried to get money back, but guy working register was so stoned that he couldn’t figure out how to do it so he just gave us 2 pizzas! If you value your time, money, and want good pizza don’t go here. Trust me! And the kicker was when we were leaving the shift manager was leaving and she said (and I quote), “It got busy and y’all did an amazing job!” First time seeing her or I would have asked if she new how to give refund! -5 stars out of 5

Was there 1/10, took my family for late lunch. Spend 57 dollars, I ordered two, 2-liter soda. We had 8 kids with us. I asked for cups and I was told, 2 dollars something a cup. I had to buy 4 though I thought it should come free. At check out, lady told me, from $57 plus 4 disposable cups totaled me 77 usd. So 20 dollars for 4 cups? That didn’t make sense until the manager came over and cancelled the fees on the cups but prior to that lady insisted the total even if it didn’t make sense.

I stood inside waiting in line for 10 minutes before the workers addressed any of the customers. Finally when we were served: the lady in front of me’s order was “never made” even though it was marked as ready. The worker made comments about her when left and called her rude. My pizza is missing one of its toppings, and it looks/tastes like it was made hours ago… Very disappointed in both the food and the service.

I called to order a pizza and the young man that answered the phone kept saying uh and huh. He overcharged for the pizza and then corrected it but put my order in for delivery and I said I would be picking it up. Once I arrived at the store I was told the delivery man had my pizza and would be back within 10 minutes. The delivery man came and put the pizza on the rack and by the way noone greeted me. Then 5 minutes later the young man comes to the register with the pizza that has been with the delivery man for 15 minute s and then wanted me to pay 28.00 for it. The manager saw all that was going on and kept walking past as though he wanted no part of what was going on at the register. When I got the pizza the box was cold. I will never forget this. The restaurant was empty so the manager wasn’t busy. This was one of the worse experiences I have had. I think this store needs to start over and get people that appreciate the job because customer service brings the money. Remember that….bad service no money. Thank you.

This is a joke. Do not order online. Do not request delivery when you call the number it’s not the store. It’s a call center and they will not help you when your order does not come. I ordered for delivery never received the order and they said there’s nothing they can do to help me. They put in a ticket stating that they would request the store contact me to fix this issue

My wife and I visit this location twice weekly for her lunch break. We visited this location on Friday around lunch time between 1:30 and 2:00pm. A white gentleman was working or doing something with his back to me. After standing there for three minutes, he turns to me and said, someone will be right with you. So, I waited, I waited, and I waited. Exactly five minutes went by, no one came to the front to acknowledge me or the lounge (look at the camera). A cook or pizza maker was standing to my left, he never moved, and he never spoke, after five minutes of not seeing anyone and standing there, I walked out. Now I had to go to Domino’s Pizza to purchase a pizza for my wife. I received the best possible service a person can get. The reason most business isn’t doing well is bad customer service. It is very frustrating when companies give bad customers or employees are not trained to know how to treat the very customers who are the reason, they have a job plus we as customers is the reason why the business is operating. But like most business, chapter 7 or 13, soon follows. The best of the best has closed the front door and shut down some stores or all stores because of bad customer service, no employee is bigger than the customer. I will never return to this location or maybe no other pizza hut. When you as a customer get bad service and you spend your hard-earned money, don’t accept it, call in or write a review, and hope that some type of change will take place, when you walk out, nothing changes.

Pizza Hut on bertkoons in Shreveport la sucks they take your order don’t deliver take on a run around and if u do order and it goes thru when you call and ask about ur order they hung up n closed when they supposed to be open for delivery so y take my order and I placed my orders at 9:33 smh do better
