You guys should really tell your employees how to act in public, and especially with your guys uniform on. This little girl flipped me off for no reason while I was at Dutch bros. no words exchanged nothing. This is unprofessional and uncalled for behavior. This makes not only ur employees look bad but your business as a whole. I would appreciate if you taught ur employees how to act in society.

I can’t believe how much the large side portions have shrunk over the years. Ordered a large red beans and it was medium sized and mostly rice. I also had a spicy chicken wrap and biscuit. The wrap was good. The biscuit they just threw in the bag. Didn’t even wrap in paper. The drive thru attendant was not friendly at all. Seemed to be hating life. Popeyes prices are high for quality you get these days. Disappointing!

This restaurant is ridiculous. I have gone through this drive through twice. Both times that I have gone through this drive through, I have sat at the drive through for more than a minute before I ask if there was anyone there. Both times I had to ask more than once before someone would finally come on the speaker and say, I’ll be with you in just a moment. At no time, during any visit through the drive through was it extremely busy. During neither drive through visit, were there other people in the drive through line. So why did it take them so long to come onto the speaker and take my order? Tonight I decided I was gonna doordash from this restaurant instead of go myself. Again, another disappointing interaction with this popeye’s. This will more than likely be my last order from this popeye’s due to lack of service. Tonight I doordashed. The first doordasher waited longer than the quoted delivery time for the food to be given to them before it could be delivered. Food has been fine, but due to the lack of service, I dont think I will be going here anymore. Which is just sad because popeye’s is the only fast-food, fried chicken establishment in town. Guess I will try out the deli fried chicken at Save Mart.

We were excited when they opened in Patterson. The first time we tried them the food was fresh & good tasting. Since then, we have tried them at least 3 times & the food just gets worst. The chicken & biscuits are dry & taste like they have been sitting there all day. The French fries are limp, cold and oily. We tried to give you many opportunities to change and make your food better but obviously corporate does not read the reviews or they just don’t care. We have eaten at a few different Popeyes restaurants & have never had horrible food at any other location. This restaurant will not last long in town.The young kids working at these restaurants & managing them need to grow-up & serve your customers with good food & good customer service. Food industry customer service & food quality has went way down. All they want is that $20. an hour pay check & in return we get poor quality & service. Never going back again!

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to and that’s a really low bar. The chubby girl with glasses who’s the manager is unbelievably rude to everyone and blames her lack of anything on us like we should care? She scoffs and barks orders at her workers and they still have me waiting in line for 20 minutes just to get l a completely wrong order, I return it and I get mad eyes and a reluctant ok. This place can never get me my food in under 15 minutes which is ridiculous. Safe to say I’ll never be coming back which is a shame because I love Popeyes, seriously this location is awful and an embarrassment, you guys need to get it together for real.

I have never written a review of any kind for a restaurant but this experience on 5/15 warrants my first. As a truck driver for many years I have been all over the country and to many eateries. This was hands down the single nicest experience that I have ever had with an entire staff. From the moment that I walked in the gentleman that was cleaning the lobby greeted me and was very friendly and cordial. Then the young lady that took my order was sweet and giggly. Every time that I went to the counter for various reasons there was a different staff member that was just as friendly as the last. As I sat and ate I could hear the playful laughter of the staff and every customer that came in was treated with care, courtesy and truly superior customer service. I truly felt that everyone there during that afternoon shift genuinely like each other and their job.

Always messing up orders. Last week I had to remind them to give me my drink w/ my combo. Today, they gave me a large tub of rice with no beans. This place is not worth the hassle. Don’t spend your money here. Wish KFC was still open.

I was so excited to finally see Popeyes here in town. I waited about a week after they had opened just to not deal with long lines and the employees could get use to the flow of things. My first visit was just okay, I was a bit disappointed to have come home to a have cold fries and I live right around the corner. Opened my red beans and rice and they were runny. The second visit I stopped by to grab some lunch. 30 minutes after eating my stomach felt a bit queasy. I thought maybe it was me just getting sick. My 3rd visit was about a month later. I stopped to get grab lunch for me and my husband. I had that same queasy feeling later and felt like I wanted to vomit. My husband came to me and said that he wasn’t feeling well and I knew at that moment whatever is going on over there is not right.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They always for get stuff, last night I ordered a 12 piece wing and the chicken was old, theeat of the sandwiches and strips are thin white the crust is too much. The list goes on and on. Waste of space if you ask me. A different restaurant would have been better.

We had a large order and decided to go inside instead if going through the drive-in. We ordered the 16 piece family meal with mashed potatoes as the 3 sides and requested the gravy separate because some of my kids don’t like gravy on the mashed potatoes. Also ordered 2 Classic chicken sandwich and 3 Bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. When we got our order I checked the two bags that we got for our order and noticed that we were missing 1 side of fries from the combos and the side of gravy, I went back to tell them and was asked if I wanted a large or small container for the gravy, so I asked for the large. As soon as we got home my wife saw that the 3 sides of mashed potatoes had gravy in them , I checked the receipt and it clearly says GRAVY ON THE SIDE. Checking further into our order, we only got 1 Classic chicken sandwich and 4 Bacon and cheese sandwich. The biscuits were too dry for my taste.
