At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our Salsas, Guacamole, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Chicken, Ground Beef, and much more. The history of MasFajitas started in 1997 when brothers Albert and Mario Sorto learned at their uncle’s restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today. They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997. There are now 7 locations in central Texas: Caldwell, Taylor, Round Rock, Georgetown, Killeen, Temple and College Station. One thing has remained consistent during these decades of hard work, their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday!

Large dining area and Bar.
The building is shared with a Seafood Restaurant!
Separate dining areas with a common foyer and shared restrooms.
Staff are very friendly.
Our server was Jammie and she was fantastic.
She explained the menu and answered our questions.
We started off with a small order of guacamole which was awesome. We then tried their White Queso and Traditional Yellow Queso. They were both really good and I couldn’t choose which one I liked best! You’ll have to try them for yourself!
We also had;
The Road Kill – Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Queso Sauce, served with one Cheese and Onion Enchilada, Grilled Zucchini, and Pico de Gallo.
Very flavorful. The chicken was moist and tender. The Cheese Enchilada was awesome with its chili sauce.
Stuffed Fried Avocado – Hand battered fresh Avocado, stuffed with Spinach & Mushrooms. Served with a Cheese Enchilada, Rice, Beans and a side of Queso Sauce.
The stuffed Avocado was totally awesome. Wrapped in cheese, then battered and deep fried. Gotta give it a try!
The Beans and Rice were really good.
We decided we need to go back and try more dishes!
Yummy.
Oh, The Chips and Salsa are great. Chips are Thin and Crispy and the salsa isn’t too hot to eat!

Out of all the MasFajitas locations I have been to, this one is probably the best. They are all good, but this one shines. Maybe it’s because it shares its location with an amazing seafood place, Mario’s Seafood, but everything from the food and service, to the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place screams classy establishment, one that you can tell is run by people who take pride in their food.

The food was okay. Not the best or the worst. We went for lunch and ordered off of the lunch menu. Good price for the portion.
The rice had hard rice mixed in with the cooked rice like it was “old” from the day before.
The establishment was great. Spacious, clean and kind of festive!
The hostess was welcoming and the waiter, Yehir, was awesome!

This was My Favorite place to eat!! They stopped serving diet cola. I don’t k ow if it was Diet Coke or Pepsi. All I know is they went with the zero. Coke Zero isn’t the same. Pepsi zero isn’t the same. I came once a week. Why would you stop serving the Diet Cola ?? I’m out.

We held a family party here and the manager Daniel could not have done a better job helping us prepare and make all the right decisions for our group. Our server Izzy was amazing! She handled a very busy situation with the utmost skill. She was friendly and attentive and took the best care of us. We were extremely satisfied and so grateful for the wonderful experience we had. We will definitely do it again.

I’m glad we came back! Last time we had not so good service ,but I really wanted some tacos! They sat us down, and was hoping they would put us with a good server , the lady came and helped us out and kept checking on us, if need want a good waitress yall make sure you ask for Jaemhmy I think thats her name.. its on my receipt.

The food and drinks are always on point but the service is what makes it spectacular. From the front of house host/hostess to the bar (Pedro) to the manager in training (Jess) and thr Manager (Chris) – they never fail to make sure that everything is great and that everyone is taken care of. I cannot express how much I enjoy coming here and how I much I recommend this establishment!

We really enjoyed our first experience at Masfajitas. We only waited 10 minutes for a table. Our waitress was Jessica, and she was amazing. She took the time to let the kids order their own food, even the toddler. She answered their questions about the menu and was very patient with them. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even apologized about the “rough start” (there was literally no rough start. We were good the entire time!) The food itself was great. Everyone liked what they got. The only cons of the experience were: my hubby felt their could’ve been slightly more meat with the fajitas, and the kids burgers didn’t come with everything they asked for. But our waitress was very willing to have everything rectified, which was appreciated. We will be returning and are hopeful that the exceptional service and great food will still be part of the experience.
