My family and I came in the drive thru. Very nice two young men John and Ethan
Our order taker Ethan was super friendly!
He made sure to double check our order, came with a friendly tone, and was fast and efficient shout out to him!
The food was also amazing and the waiting time was short
10/10
service would come back.
I hope that there are changes to this location, but I would rather drive all the way to Southington than to come back here.
I have been this location about six times and have been disappointed every time.
I have waited over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich, or to not receive my milkshake. Waited another five minutes for that.
The first time I went there with my kids, there were no clean tables to sit at. When I found somebody, instead of wiping it, they said, let me go find somebody to wipe it. The same supervisor eventually came back and wiped our table, not the seat seats and left every other table dirty.
On three occasions, I did not receive part of my order.
One time I ordered a cookie, and the cookie was wrapped in a chicken sandwich wrapper because they didn’t have any more cookie wrappers.
Even when I have been literally the only car there, I have waited 10 to 20 minutes for breakfast.
Yesterday, I went there for breakfast and ordered a coffee and they had no coffee cups. They could find in the restaurant. The girl was very kind and offered me another drink, but I was already going to be late to work at that point. As I had already waited a total of almost 15 minutes for my order.
I will say that their times seem to be getting faster, but they are still extremely disorganized
I hope that Chick-fil-A and the operator uses to fix the restaurant and I will definitely adjust my rating.
I am still waiting on my refunds for my fries that I didn’t receive, my coffee that I didn’t receive, and my biscuits which were extremely overcooked and hard.
It’s worth noting that I’ve been to many brand new *and* well-established Chick-fil-A locations all over the country and have never had such poor drive thru experiences. I’ve visited this location twice.
Experience #1:
Impromptu decision to grab a 4-count of Chick-n-Minis on the way to work at 8am. No one in front of me in the drive thru except a car that was just leaving, and one single car in the mobile pickup lane next to me. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my one item. Never would have stopped if I knew it would take that long.
Experience #2:
Decided to grab an original Chicken sandwich (no meal, sandwich only) earlier this week on my way home from work at around 5pm. I ordered ahead on the mobile app thinking it would be faster. Both drive-thru lanes were a little busy this time, but nothing out of the ordinary for a fast food place at dinnertime. I still waited 15-20 minutes total, about half of which were spent stuck sitting in the mobile order lane *after* I got my order while the car(s) in front of me still waited for theirs. Cars behind me were getting their food before the cars ahead of them as well, and those who already had their food were just boxed in with nowhere to go. Cars from the other lane were trying to squeeze through and get by, and workers were crossing lanes and trying to locate people to give them their orders.
I just sat there and ate my sandwich while watching in amazement at the epic level of disorganization…
…and *still* had to wait after I finished my sandwich before I was finally able to leave.
I love me some Chick-fil-A, so I’m going to give them another try and will gladly report back/update my rating if things improve; but so far I’m super disappointed with this location.
