I was reading reviews before I made mine and I read about their “sink water slushes” and it’s exactly what I was planning on typing. My 2 slushes were both half melted and tasted like nasty sink water, and my order was missing toppings that I paid for. Tried to get a refund but it was a mobile order so I was told to go back through the app. Emailed Sonic about it just to get no reply back.

I asked for a Chili Cheese fry. The waitress put chili cheese tot, then I clarified I wanted a fry. She read the order back to me again and I said again it was a fry not tot. Just for them to still give me a tot.

Horrible experience poor communication went through drive thru received food waited for drink after food five minutes to fix slush get all the way home my order is wrong toaster not toasted just white bread gave me sausage instead of bacon so I go back through the drive thru sat right behind last at drive thru she pulled off I pulled up no one try to recognize me so I blew the horn still no one acknowledge me so I tap on the window still ignoring me so after ten to fifteen minutes sitting in drive thru I politely open the window in drive thru telling them I have a customer complaint the young gentlemen that was in drive thru the cashier try to act like he was so busy a lady came over then he wanted to come to window acting like he doing his job he gets smart doing too much because sir u was the one ignoring me and not doing your job so at this point I’m frustrated I want my money back and they will not be seeing anymore of my money if the employees are like this again bad and poor communication

The service was very good compared to other fast food restaurants in town. Of the things the group ordered, the new smash burger was ok but a little disappointing. The pickle fries were good, the pretzel twist was very good, and the Sonic Blast was excellent.
