Customer service was great! Very fast and friendly! Food was good, with the exception of the fried rice. Idk if panda express changed the recipe but the fried rice is bland with hardly and ingredients in it to call it fried rice. It wasn’t even fried lol. This is 2 nd or 3rd time here and the fried rice is just awful. No flavor. No color. No ingredients like veg egg seasoning etc …come on panda get it together. If I notice I’m sure plenty of others notice but don’t say anything because the entries and chow menu are so good!!!

Waited in drive trough line for 30 minutes then they wanted me to wait another 5 minutes for my food and told me to get back in line or come in for my food,what’s the point of a drive trough if I have to come in to get my food?? I would think they would come and walk it to my car but they didn’t,their customer service is really bad and nobody knows what they are doing the workers there are really lazy when it comes to helping out. I would not recommend going to this location they are absolutely useless and have no consideration for their customers.

Update: stopped by again for lunch a number of times and noticed the portions are shrinking. Cleanliness is deteriorating as well (see pictures with ants/ insects all over the self serve beverage fountain). Must be a management or lack of problem. Adding new photos.
Good option for lunch and sometimes dinner. Good and affordable alternative to junk food in a bun or otherwise deep fried.
Drive through portions seem to be smaller regularity, it’s worth placing order in store.
Staff is OK usually, can improve attitude (sometimes acts impatiently)
Stopped by there this afternoon again: they added a free entree if you post a review saying your experience was excellent – see photo attached..sneaky and suspicious…

They need to fix there hours and post hours. It’s 9:25pm and the inside is closed. Not able to order. Terrible. No one inside (counted 10 workera) can tell you anything.
