I think Ohana Juice Bar & Eats is a great place for quick, healthy bites. They have amazing Acai bowls- I like the Basic Acai Bowl. Their prices are very reasonable. They also offer Toasts, Salads and Wraps. The atmosphere is light, fun and lively. I would totally recommend Ohana Juice Bar & Eats. 🙂

Missing components from both bowls we ordered, the hummus and cucumbers tasted like dirt, and the green smoothie we ordered was extremely watered down. I haven’t been it Ohana in about 2 years and I have to say the comparison to then vs now it’s like two completely different stores.

Placed an order at 11:25 for pick up. Should have been done at 11:45 per the website. At 12:05 the order was finally ready. Super small wrap and bowl sizes for the price. And the smoothie tasted like water and was very runny.

I was incredibly disappointed by my experience ordering an açaí and a papaya bowl. Not only were there 3 large chunks of ice in the açaí bowl, but the bases were placed in the incorrect bowl. The Nutella looked like it was just dropped ontop of the bowl, and was only spread out by the lid placed on top of the suprsingly small bowl. I had wondered why it looked like the store does not get much traffic, and now I unfortunately understand why.

I am really disappointed with the portion sizes of the meal we ordered. Our office placed an order for 6 people. 3 acai bowls, Humus wrap, chicken feta wrap, and a Cudado Salad. The wraps were tiny. The Humus wrap had a smear of humus, two cherry tomatoes, a slice of pepper, and several cucumber slices. Each person has ordered before, and they all said the same thing, “They are significantly smaller than they were.” The Cudado Salad with added chicken cost $18, and barely filled the space of the clear cellophane container it was placed in. I was really hoping this would be a healthy alternative to our usual lunch orders. Unfortunately for the cost associated to the portions, we won’t be ordering from here again.

A little disappointed in the quality of the açaí bowls. I tried one about a year ago and thought maybe the person who made it just forgot an ingredient because it was so icy and had no flavor. I decided to try the bowl again and had the same issue. Literally chunks of ice in the base of the bowl, and it’s not a smooth consistency. I’ve had many açaí bowls from other places in the past and usually the base is more like a thick smoothie consistency, but these ones I can see the ice still in it.

Seems to have improved, but WAY overpriced. Bumping up to 3 stars.

Bumping back down to 2 stars. Very limited hours and a lukewarm smoothie.
6/1/22 UPDATE:
Service seems to have finally improved under the new ownership. The past couple of visits have been normal. I have upgraded to three stars.
2/16/22 UPDATE:
Tried again today. Called, it rang about ten times and I was placed on hold for two minutes. I tried to place an order of a banana freezie for my daughter. This is made ONLY from frozen bananas (and one topping), so ONE ingredient—bananas. I was told they couldn’t make a banana freezie. No explanation was offered. I asked why. I was told, “We don’t have any bananas.” I said, “You don’t have any bananas? You are a smoothie store. How do you not have bananas?” I have downgraded my original five stars to three in October and now down to one. A smoothie store that has no bananas. Ok, I think we are done here.

Changed hands. We will have to give it some time to iron out, but currently the service is not the same. They also do not always have things previously available. They do not seem to answer the phone at the present time, either, and sometimes they close unexpectedly. The other day we called several times and there was no answer, but when we stopped by, they were in fact open. They were fairly busy but service was very slow and the store was closed by only 2PM. Today I called twice and there was no answer. I went by Ohana with two of my children and the store was inexplicably closed. There was no explanatory sign. We looked them up later only to find that they claimed to be closed due to supply chain issues. We literally laughed because of the ridiculousness of this claim. Everything I have ever seen used in the store is readily available at the present time; things like bananas, carrots, hummus, peanut and almond butter, etc. How silly. If Ohana management wants to close for the day or temporarily remove menu items, that’s one thing, but why fabricate reasons? If I can buy it at Shop Rite, so can they. I have taken away two stars in the hopes that things normalize. We like Ohana and would like to see the store survive.
Love this place. I have been patronizing since it opened. Smoothies are delicious. My favorite is Nice n Nutty. Lots of juice options are available and some snacks, too. I occasionally get the avocado toast. I do wish they’d bring back the jar ice teas, as they were very refreshing. Customer service is always excellent. Christian owned small business!

Update your hours please!!! Tuesday 3pm, online it says you close at 3:30 so I drove out here & you’re closed at 3pm that’s extremely frustrating!!
