My husband and I have always loved Krystal but don’t have one where we live. We stopped here while in town for the weekend and were horribly disappointed.
His cheese fries were undercooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. My soda didn’t seem to have enough syrup in it and tasted like just carbonated water, my pups looked like they’d seen better days, and I didn’t even get the Krystal I ordered.

We used to love Krystal’s growing up. You could get a sack full for cheap years ago. && they were hitting!
Well, times have changed. The burgers were SOAKED with grease! They were not edible. Out of the 3 that came with the meal, one was halfway eaten. It was so bad!
Now, I will say, my chicks were good. The combo used to come with 3, and now it comes with 2 & it’s almost double the price.
Im not one to lie, so I will say – the fries were hot & fresh. Service was fast & friendly. BUT something has to be done about the burgers & the grease. A burger should never be wet & soggy. It’s just sinful.
Price is outrageous for quality & quantity. Need some changes, or I don’t see Krystal’s making it out here forever. Just my opinion ♀️

Google says I visited Crystal yesterday I most certainly didn’t I haven’t eaten there in a couple months. It’s fine. It’s the Southern White Castle. They call their burgers steamers which I think sounds nasty but they taste good

I don’t normally leave that many restaurant reviews, but this is one of the worst places I’ve been. I probably should’ve checked the reviews before we ordered. We had some of the same issues other reviewers had. Drinks tasted strange, didn’t have any chili pups, had to wait on fries, and the Krystals looked like they had been sitting for a while. Most everything went in the trash. Maybe it was a bad day…maybe not. ♀️

Not sure who runs this restaurant, but new leadership is much needed!! Made 2 orders and both were screwed up. Asked for a substitute of onion rings instead of fries. The next one was half right.
When we finally received our order, i walked up to notify the mistake. The older worker came to our table and gave us attitude and said we didn’t order that. No, we did…Yall decide what to hear over the loud music from their phones!! But after she gave us what we actually ordered she then threw away 2 plates of chili cheese fries that we didn’t order in the trash….like wow. Unbelievable. This is NOT the Krystal franchise i grew up with nor worked under. Yall are an embarrassment!!!

If you’re coming here bc they say they’re open 24 hrs, go head and turn around. Idk what sick joke they’re playing with us night owl folk, but i’ve gone here more times to find them closed, than I have found them open. Quit playing with us night ppl just bc you think of us as “less than”, if you’re gonna be closed all the damn time then just say that with your chest and lose our business rather than try to keep us on the hook

Well I got chili about $6 and I ask for cheeese and sour cream and they said they could put cheese but I had to put sour cream on I told them I wanted sour cream and crackers and I got neither. I think that sucks. You sells chili without sour cream on the chili and it was so hot spicy I couldn’t even eat it. I got 3 bowls and 12 kystals. Never again I gave you second chance and this was it

Great Food, But Cleanliness Ruined It.
We stopped by this spot hoping for a good meal, and to be fair, the food was actually really good. My chicken sandwich and pups were flavorful, and everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. Our server, a young man, was very polite and respectful, definitely one of the bright spots of the visit.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. The floors were dirty, windows had visible grime, and none of the tables seemed to have been wiped down. My mom happened to get a glimpse into the kitchen, and let’s just say… it didn’t do anything to help our appetite.
She gave it her best shot and tried to eat her chicken sandwich, but the more she chewed, the bigger it seemed to get. Eventually, she just gave up.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was downright nasty. The sink faucet was running nonstop, the entire bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, and there was piss all over the floor. It was the kind of mess that makes you want to hold it and wait until you get home.
To top it off, there was no ice in the machine, and the Coke tasted like a flat off-brand version. For a place with solid food and good service, it’s a shame the cleanliness and attention to basic details weren’t up to par. Clean it up, and it could be a great spot.

I’ve never had a good experience from here at all even with two general mangers sitting in the eating area on laptops but tonight i got off work and came in 30 minutes before closing a man name “zone” i believe he was working by his self but he was the best service I’ve had here nothing was missing very cool and respectful dude man if yall really care about your business you would get this man on first shift with a fat raise and a manger position i just moved out here a year ago and hated coming here because of the service and food would always be terrible if yall want good food come when zone is working
