This has to be the worse rated KFC in the city. Everytime I want to order the drive thru is down, or they’re only taking cash, etc. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a manager in there, and the inside smells like mold. Just go to the one in Willowick

This place is Hit or Miss. Sometimes open during normal business hours….sometimes NOT – just depends. Went there today…11:30 a.m…..lights on, nobody home. Kinda sucks!! Doubt I’ll go back. There are other KFC outlets within the area. THIS ONE IS A MESS. Ownership needs to get involved, before its gone.

8 of 10 times I keep getting mayo on my sandwich even though I always ask for no pickles or mayo at the drive-thru speaker when ordering and at the window when paying and this is what I keep getting, I frequently visit here because I live ne t door and love the chicken sandwich but come on man enough is enough, everyone here should know me coming in the door as much as I eat here, this service makes my food nasty and atmosphere creepy for lack of better term, every time same result same restaurant

Young kid staff. Nothing but cussing, slamming stuff and not caring about the customers. I’ve been standing in the lobby (10 minutes) waiting to order. No one has even greeted me yet. Young boy sagging his pants and cussing. Manger is just as bad. She has not said anything to the people in lobby or her crew. This is sad!!

Rude, stood waiting for service for minutes minimum then sad customer service taking my order, no receipt , no thank you no smile, no worker there clearly wants to be there, the place stinks of stale chicken blood i could not sit inside the 15 minutes it took to prepare my order, drive thru is never open, why do i come here they need to cl ok se this one or find good manners
