I give 4 stars generously because they are doing what they can. But it seems they are struggling. Workers have always been nice. They have always been professional. I have got some “stuffed crust” pizzas weirdly folded. Enough to where I dont feel its worth the price. But all in all a $5 pizza is what it is…. I have had to wait a ungodly amount of time at times but I feel like they are doing what they can.

This restaurant is in the top 3 worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. The last 3 times I’ve been here the food was terrible (inedible) and the place was so disgusting, the flood earlier this summer actually cleaned the place up. Won’t be back.

My family and I recently moved to Cleveland in December of last year. Only four months ago typically I’m a fan of little Caesars pizza and typically I get the hot and ready. However the last couple times I’ve got the EMB pepperoni because they have it available and ready and it’s just a better tasting pizza then the other cheaper ones. Today however. I tried calling the store twice and let it ring approximately 10 times a piece prior to going up there. The phone was never answered and then when I got up there, they did have that pizza available. Unfortunately, the pizza was nowhere close to fresh. In fact, the crust was very hard like a brick. The pizza itself was barely warm. Pretty disappointed. It must’ve been sitting in there from this morning anyway I hope they get fixed whatever they need to get fixed. Until they do I suppose I’ll travel a little further north to the Towne Square to get Papa John’s. Oh well.

Ordered a pizza on Sunday the 16th waiting 20 min the order was wrong so waited another 20 min got home and found out the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way. I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore and no this wasn’t the only time I got under cooked pizza just this time it was really under cooked

Made me wait 30 mins past when order was due to tell me they messed up my pizza and didnt have the right crust and asked me to take it anyway after not giving me the rest of my order as well. Canceled, refund has not been issued yet either.

Tried calling for 30 minutes, no answer. Drive to the store to order the $7.99 thin crust pizza, we wanted an extra topping and were told the bill is now $12, WTH, $4 for an extra topping. They have additional toppings advertised on the menu board for $2.09. The employee said that is not how it works and said I can’t order off the menu board, okay corporate, figure out your policy and get your staff trained. I finally paid $8.58 for the Alecia with no additional toppings, sorry $4 is too rich for sausage.
