I ordered through doordash and tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich meal. Large, etc etc…. CLICKED THE OPTION for NO tomatoes, ALLERGIC A.F… the employees must have IGNORED the screen for the order… they just made the order as is and I’m unable to eat the meal… at all. Had to rush and shower after opening the sandwich. Very disappointed and don’t trust McDonald’s that have lazy employees who don’t care about there customers enough to do there job and read a screen with what to and NOT to put.

Unlike the McDonald’s at Smoketree this one had a cell phone signal so you could use your phone.
It was a nice quiet eating experience here; the place was clean and the service was good. A gentleman even came around to take the trash and ask if I wanted a refill.
Comparing Smoketree to this store I am coming here from here on.

I wanted to discuss my recent visit to McDonald’s. I ordered two scrambled eggs and requested a paper box. You took my order without a smile or repeating it back. You handed me a plastic box instead. I felt like my request wasn’t prioritized.
I’d appreciate improved attention to detail and a friendlier approach. Looking forward to seeing changes.

Terrible service, walked in to buy food but had to use the restroom as im a driver, i have no easy access to restrooms. Old Mexican guy with glasses yells at me that restrooms are for customers only and i told him i am a customer i just need to go bad and he said i had to order first or i cant use it, i left and went to target. Terrible way to treat customers.
EDIT: btw i still came back to buy my food after having to run to target. I uploaded a picture of my receipt, hopefully this is good enough to satisfy the cashier that im actually a customer.

This morning I waited in the drive-thru line for about 5 minutes with no response. The inside of the store was closed, so I couldn’t go in. When I asked, “Can you hear me?” the employee said “no” and then completely ignored me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location — the same employee has been rude in the past as well. The service here really needs to improve.

Ordered dbl qtr pounder with cheese combo large. Got ice cold french fries that were old. Yuck. The burger was burnt. The cheese was almost gone. And guess what? LOADED WITH ONIONS when I asked for no onions. Almost like they did this on purpose and its not funny. It had a spot of keptup on 1 bun. Other side was dry. This was the WORST meal I have ever had at Mc Donalds. Looked up the phone number to call and complain and no one answers. Im gonna find management tomorrow and get my money back. Talk about gross

Consistently terrible service. Soooo slow. Today I sat at the drive thru kiosk for 3 minutes and no one took my order. So I went up to the window and same thing. No one there. Finally just went inside to order. Sense of urgency here is completely nonexistent.

The lobby is always closed which leaves a long slow line at the drive through. Friendly staff but they are completely understaffed. Food quality is low for a McDonald’s. There seems to be no attempt to do minimum property maintenance. The order screens are covered with dried up rain, although there has been no rain for weeks.

Wow. Coming here for years. Watched it slowly slide into an overgrown kiosk. The interior looks like grey on grey. No customer service. They demand you use their clunky touchscreen to order. No customer service. Drive through has always been adequate, but getting them to order what you say – and not force you to get their franchise-special is difficult. They will refuse to serve breakfast at 10:31 am too, even if they are the ones running a slow line.

We went through the drive through, had to pull into one of the pickup spots, and walk inside twice. It smells like an unflushed toilet inside and getting everything we ordered (just 4 meals) is like pulling teeth. It seems like common sense that hotcakes would come with a knife, fork, and syrup.
