Great atmosphere and really good food. So many choices for both breakfast and lunch. The coffee choices are great as well. Staff is super nice and the place is comfy and clean. We had the quiche, chocolate croissant, Hammy Sammy, eggs and toast. I had the chocolate orange iced coffee. All the food was delicious and my coffee was absolutely amazing! All the bakery and breads are made in house. We will definitely be going back to try more.

My friend and I were looking for a place that was about halfway between our homes and she found this place. It was a great find! The interior is large for a coffee shop-style business, which is nice. They have themed murals on the walls and plenty of seating from lounge chairs to table seating. They make everything from scratch, including all the syrups for their flavorful coffe and espresso drinks. I had the Fluffernutter Latte which was very delicious and not overly sweet or overly peanut-buttery. 10/10. For lunch I tried their Autumn Caesar salad with chicken. The salad is made with roasted kale, butternut squash and their own lemon caesar dressing. It was a very fresh and tasty salad and the dressing was lightly applied and really enhanced the flavor. So good! The staff was friendly and before leaving we chatted with the owner’s husband (I think) a bit and he shared more about their philosophy about serving the freshest food possible and the history of the building and business. There were so many delicious looking items on the menu that my friend and I agreed we would have to make Batch Baker a regular spot. One thing to note is it is a large building and it was a bit chilly (it was Late February) – maybe because of the drive thru window being open quite a bit or maybe just old building problems, but they have plenty of hot drinks to help keep you warm!

You have to try this place if you haven’t yet. We biked down on 11/14/25 from Greenleaf looking for a late lunch. Convenient location. Very nice atmosphere and bright, artsy decore. The staff were very friendly to us, which we really appreciate. Their “Grandma Ev’s” banana bread is phenomenal– the brown “crust” has just the right texture. Moist and very tasty, and very generous-sized pieces. I also got a garlic grilled cheese which was perfectly creamy and gooey on nicely-toasted bread. Don’t think I’ve had better! Ing got chicken salad croissant as in the pic. Huge! Good flavor. A little something citrus in there, maybe? Coffee was very good in a regular white ceramic mug (as it should be!). Refills included. Relatively simple food, but with a gourmet flair and quite reasonable price. You never know how it will go when you try a place for the first time, but we ended up being very happy.

I’ve been here about 6 times in the past 3 months and each time I visit I think, “I really ought to come here more often.”
Their creativity and thoughtfulness, whether it’s the seasonal drink menu or the bakery, it shows a level of care you don’t often see.
Their sourdough is phenomenal, I’ve been obsessed with the caramel apple chai, and the biscuits and gravy is fantastic. It’s a guarantee I’ll be coming back for more!

Finally found a croissant that measures up to the croissants in France- this croissant from Batch Baker was huge, fresh, and delicious. I was only passing through going home, but will definitely come back!

I’ve been to coffee shops from Boston to LA. You’ll find few independent places that offer the quality and diversity of food and drink this place does. If you go through Billion and you don’t load up here, you’re wrong.
Great place guys!

Batch Baker is more than a small-town gem — Ashley (chef/owner) is one of the most talented baking and pastry chefs around. You can tell she’s a great teacher, too, because everything that comes out of that kitchen hits the same high standard every single time. I’m grateful to have this spot in our area to share with my family, and it’s absolutely worth the special trip to Brillion.
