Honestly, this place was really unpleasant. It was extremely dirty, and no one seemed to be paying attention to the tables. The staff — including the manager — walked by, clearly seeing that things needed to be cleaned, but acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. I couldn’t believe it.

I decided not to place an order after seeing how the server treated customers in line. An elderly customer was spoken to in a disrespectful and impatient manner.
Shortly after, another customer asked for double chicken because the portion looked small. The server insisted it was already double based on the 4 oz portion instead of simply explaining that extra would cost more. The customer even said he was willing to pay and mentioned he had been coming there for over a decade. At one point the server used insulting language toward him.
The interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, so I chose to leave without ordering.

Will never ever go to this location again ever. I ordered to go and paid for extra chicken and asked for extra rice. Checked it before I left and it didn’t have extra chicken or rice. The guy at the desk asked if I wanted an extra side of rice. I said that work and she threw my bowl away. Clearly she is having a bad day but that’s not my problem. I eat Chipotle pretty consistently so I know what extra looks like. I was just asking to revive what I paid for. Will never order to go again and will never cone to this location again. If I didn’t love Chipotle so much I world never return.

Young lady at the register with the red hair doesn’t care about her job or the customers. She tossed items in the bag that were heavier than others and caused our food to spill. My wife and I had to re pack the food into other bags after it was given to us. Even in noticing us having issues she didnt even offer to help
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I already make an online order. The order specifically for organic limonade, I sent someone to pick up, chipotle wrote in the paper ticket that is small soda. And is what the person saw. I said that Can’t drink soda for health reasons. And need to buy another limonade to other places is closer to me. When I explained the issue 3 times they said. The manager explained they don’t want to lose money. I loss my money and time. 4 times explain that with all the proof in my hands. They refused saying theirs money is most important. I managed 15 worker May my money is not important but for sure my employees don’t buy at chipotle anymore because Taco Bell gave us a lot better customer service. Even Barnaby’s also had an awesome customer service to us. And I have evidence of all my tickets with me. And they have a copy of. Of course I return the soda . I don’t drink soda anymore.

I’ve tried this place a few times – The people are always so unfriendly, and the food is meh. It’s definitely not worth it just go somewhere else. You can see that most of the five star ratings are from 5-10 years ago.

We ordered Chipotle for dinner, including a kids’ meal. The drink and chips that are supposed to be included were missing. On top of that, we ordered a carne asada salad bowl and they completely forgot the protein and barely filled the bowl.

We had to go back just to get what we paid for. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue professionally, the owners argued with us and insisted we had to pay extra for the protein that was already part of the order. They were rude, unaccommodating, and showed zero sense of customer service.

Very disappointing experience.

Popped in during lunch. The service was quick and the portions were acceptable. The man working the register was really rude and my steak was cold. The garlic guajillo steak was delicious, I just wish it was hot. I would definitely get it again from another location.

The woman with the long black braids was extremely rude and was not listening and rushing making mistakes and I was very polite about it but I will not be returning to this location due to the fact I asked apparently she is the manger. When I walked in there as a spilled bowl by the trash can by the entrance I waited in line 20 minutes and it was still there. Every table in the lobby was dirty as well.
