This place truly understands that dining is not just about eating, but it’s absolutely an experience. They appreciate the nuance of even knowing to ask for sparkling or Stillwater and have an exciting menu. That is absolutely delicious. I wish this restaurant was closer so I could eat here more frequently. Great job; the service was amazing. Excellent.

I wish I could give Machete more than 5 stars. My husband and I had the most incredible meal here. Service was amazing, the staff were all phenomenal, our waitress was knowledgeable and spent time answering all of our questions. The food was out of this world and beat everything that we ate in Vegas a few weeks ago.
The only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t find Machete sooner! I’m already looking forward to going back and getting another plate full of that incredible crab fried rice.

Every single staff member was personable, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere is open and dark, but we felt very comfortable and the noise level was very appropriate. The music was at a nice volume and created a sense of calm and relaxation.
All the servers were very knowledgeable and explained the dishes well. The food was amazing – really delicious small plates/snacks. Don’t sleep on the sweet potato funnel cake – it was “What About Bob” yum-inducing.
The wine program was adventurous – they even offered tastes of by-the-glass wines, which was really generous and allowed us to try new varietals that we hadn’t had before. One of our favorite dining experiences. We will definitely be returning to see what their local, rotating menu has to offer as the seasons evolve.

Machete was amazing. The presentation and quality of the food was outstanding. We had 7 plates and all were excellent. Menu changes, they say so hope to be back. While not inexpensive, I think it was worth it .

What an impressive culinary experience. Drinks, food and atmosphere were all superb!! The bartender was flying solo and had her work cut out for her, however, she didn’t skip a beat with service. The menu changes seasonally, but it’s a great way to experience different options all sure to impress. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to deviate from the routine of things.

Ok so i believe the high rating is a based on a illusion. The atmosphere is good the staff very pleasant. The food portions are small which im ok with. The duck wings were a large portion though.
The sea bass and a5 skewer was not good. There flavors are way over powered with the sauces and such. I have eaten all over and dont mind paying large amounts for my food but just because the amount is low and price is high for said amount does not constitute a high end taste. They tell you all this info on how its cooked and what’s in the sauce, I only care if I plan to replicate the meal, which im definitely not.
I dont regret visiting this location and if your like me and have to try every restaurant around definitely give it a stop.

If I want a good bit of steak im going to Kaw, if I want good seafood papdaux,
