Absolutely Disgusted with the Experience – Worst Service Ever by Chicago Pizza and Zomato!
I had ordered a La Mushroom Pizza (Regular) from Chicago Pizza from zomato and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The order was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes, but first, a delivery partner was assigned, then after another 15–30 minutes, a second delivery partner was shown. Ultimately, my order was delayed by over an hour!
And the condition in which the pizza arrived? HORRIBLE.
• The pizza was stale and cold,
• The base was rock hard,
• The mushrooms smelled rotten and expired,
• And to top it all off – I found a strand of hair in the pizza. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
On top of that, the packaging looked completely fake. I’ve ordered from Chicago Pizza before – their packaging used to be branded, with proper carry bags and boxes. This time, it came in a random polythene bag with a generic unbranded pizza box. If you’ve changed your packaging style, it still doesn’t explain the cheap and unhygienic look of this order. It felt like the pizza wasn’t even from your outlet.
The overall experience was unacceptable, unhygienic, and disrespectful to paying customers.

I love their stuffed garlic breads. Jalapeno chicken garlic bread & red paprika chicken garlic bread is yummy. All the flavors are worth trying. Lots of stuffing & taste great. Price is also reasonable. The pizzas I tried were good but not that great. The base is thick. It ll taste great if they made the base little thin & put more sauce on top.

Just got cheated through Swiggy. Ordered amt 758 a combo pack , but just received a garlic bread with a lava cake. What a disgraceful business.. A Garlic bread for 649/- .. God bless you.

I didn’t have any food there but had refreshers only. My friends and I had the Green apple cooler, blue lagoon, monster lemon and Indian spice sode. Green apple cooler was the best according to my opinion. It was a small outlet but had great offers. Do visit this place. It’s a 10/10.

The price is very high as compared to other pizza stores and as compared to it the portion sizes was that of a 50 rupees mongonis or mio amore pizza.

Although the atmosphere and the service was good,a few days ago, I tried the chicken sausage regular size pizza and it wasn’t that good. The pizza was totally bland except for its sauce. The cheese and sausage was not that great.
But I loved the crispy chicken burger not because of the patty, but for the Mustard Mayo applied.
Overall it was ok. But it can be better.
