I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that other customers need to be aware.
I ordered two Double Chicken Supreme meals for my kids. When we got home, I realized both sandwiches only had one chicken patty instead of two. Since the meals were expensive and incorrect, I went back to get it fixed.
At first, the employee at the counter was polite and offered a refund or to remake the order. Then another employee stepped in, and everything went downhill fast.
* She started speaking in Spanish to the staff about the situation while addressing me differently, which another Spanish-speaking customer even pointed out as rude.
* She inspected my meals: sandwhiches, tacos, and fries with the same gloves she’d been wearing touching the receipt, counter, everything, then refused to replace anything except the sandwich—even though she touched all the food and wanted me to keep that to eat.
* She took my receipt, crumpled it, threw it in the trash, and went right back to handling food without changing gloves. A customer with restaurant experience even told her she needed to change them, and she ignored it. She refused to give my receipt back! I have every right to keep it as I made a purchase!
* She and another young female employee kept going in and out of the back area while “preparing” the remake, which didn’t make me feel any better about sanitary practices.
* A young male employee admitted they were out of the correct sandwich bread, so even the replacement meal wasn’t complete.
* The older woman also threw away the fries I brought back but refused to replace them.
At that point, I absolutely could not trust the safety of the food. My kids and I ended up throwing everything away, meaning we paid for 1½ meals but ate nothing.
This is not about race, but she made it out to be by what she did and said— it’s about basic food safety, health protocols, customer service, and correcting their own mistake. No one drives back with their whole order for “fun.” Another customer who witnessed everything ended up asking for a refund on her own meal because of how unsanitary and unprofessional the situation was. The “call” to the manager in Spanish was also useless and there seems to be a common hispanics employees vs not hispanics today- minus the customer that sided with me.
Everything: the mishandling of food, refusal to change gloves, the way the receipt was handled, and the overall lack of care. My kids didn’t even get to eat dinner because we couldn’t trust the remake.
This was truly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had in my life! Absolutely unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location or Jack in the Box period. No wonder why food chains like Jack, Carls and Burger King are dead. In N’ Out only, great service, Corporate service and food- never issues and if there is one- they are on it no question asked.
Manager at this location, which you didn’t seem to be present or solve- you also suck. $20+ for fast food workers, yeah no thanks.

This is not the first time we have had horrible food and service from this location but it def will be the last. The employees were rude and messed up our order. When my husband went in to ask them to correct it they threatened to call the police on him and didn’t fix anything! 60 bucks later we have half made, ice cold food with low quality ingredients. NEVER AGAIN. (Photos are taken before anything was even eaten ans after having to microwave!)

I’ve been to many different jacks, and this place is a perfect score. Lots of parking too. We mobile order and they are perfect. Only thing is in n out blocks, but they have signage on how to get out faster. Very thoughtful. Thank you

Best service late night, food was made to perfection. The two taco combo is an unbeatable favorite every-time, I’m sure most would agree. Not to mention the absolute BOSS of a worker,Jimmy, holding down the fort all on his own with just one cook on the line. The real MVP.. will be back again 🙂

Went to this Jack In The Box location very clean, quick customer service. I had the teriyaki bowl which contained white rice broccoli and chicken with teriyaki sauce. I wish it had more vegetables. Tasted really good. I also had the curly fries enjoyed it.

Order grilled chicken salad. Container not even full and served old lettuce. They could have mentioned the lettuce wasn’t that fresh I could’ve order something else through the drive-through.
