Walking into Kilwins was like stepping into a brownie heaven—the aroma alone was beyond amazing! Even though they were out of brownies that day, the endless chocolate options more than made up for it. From rich, handmade fudge to fresh candy apples being dipped right in front of us, every treat looked irresistible.
The ice cream selection was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly and professional. The whole experience was delightful—eye-catching displays, the smell of fresh-baked goodness, and so many choices! If you love chocolate, fudge, or just a sweet escape, this place is a must-visit. Will definitely be back!

The team is genuinely warm, accommodating, and friendly. Savanah shines with contagious positivity. Thomas is professional and thorough, delivering excellent service every time. Leon leads by example as a strong manager, and it clearly shows in how well the store runs. Honorable mention to Maddie, her energy lights up the entire atmosphere.
You can tell the standard is set from the top by the franchise owner, Bob. Everything feels well orchestrated and welcoming.
Whenever I need an ice cream fix in Fort Lauderdale, Kilwins Las Olas is my version of ice cream heaven.

I LOVE this place! I went into here with my brother sampling the different dessert places in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and it was like heaven! Not to mention, their fudge is delicious! If you love peppermint, *please* try the peppermint stick fudge. When you have a bite, you have to force yourself to stop! Plus, the lady at the counter was really nice to us 🙂

Kilwins is my go-to dessert shop when I am in downtown Fort Lauderdale. They offer a variety of options when it comes to fudge and chocolate whether it be truffles, chocolate-covered treats, or ice cream. I love to get the birthday cake or apple pie ice creams when they are in the rotation. This location is well-kept and clean. Although it is a busy store, the staff is helpful in explaining the menu and is friendly enough to give suggestions. I recommend that you give this place a try if you haven’t already!

Amazing smell of fresh cones pull you in from the street. You walk in and the smells get even better! Everything from the fudge to the candy to the ice cream… you can’t get any better than this. The pistachio ice cream is my favorite!

We visited Kilwins Ice Cream and had the most delicious cherry ice cream! It tasted truly natural, with real cherry flavor and not overly sweet — just perfect. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Ice cream was acceptable, not the best honestly.
We went there yesterday at around 9:30pm. I tried the chocolate brownie ice cream in a waffle cone.
A lot of staff but no order on the ice cream line, they still treat you good.
The atmosphere was telling you to take out, overcrowded, no where to sit inside, some benches outside on the front but everyone walking by.
I walked all las olas, and tried another ice cream shop, this one is not the best in my opinion.
