Every time I’m visiting this store everyone is so nice! The employees are polite and courteous and seem to genuinely care about the customers. Especially the manager Kim. She’s awesome! Always seems so happy to serve you and make sure customers leave satisfied. Even when the place is crazy busy, and it’s been pretty busy a few times I’ve been there, she and the crew stay calm and collected and get the job done! Highly recommend stopping by here if you’re passing through or nearby.

Pretty gross here today. Ketchup dispenser is almost red water. The soda machine is greasy. The front door handle is gross to open the door. 3/8/26. Hopefully it gets better soon.

I understand times get busy and this place clearly NEVER has enough staff but the complete neglect of customers who come into this location is CRAZY. Unless you go through the drive through they do NOT care. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged and then waited almost another 15 minutes until I had to stop someone in the middle of what they were doing to get some help?!? And then they are talking about me under their breath mumbling and giving attitude wail having a man fit and throwing cups all over the place. IF YOU CANT KEEP EBOUGH STAFF TO RUN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND THE LOBBY. SHUT ONE DOWN! I’ve worked in customer service for years and this would be UNACCEPTABLE anywhere else. I hope management makes some changes because this location is not good anymore.

At this Burger King, you can indeed ‘have it your way,’ if your way is a barely lukewarm patty that whispers secrets of its past life in a freezer. They taken fast food and turned it into eventually. The only thing made fresh is the disappointment. I return only because I hate myself and thrive on fractured expectations.
This is a place to visit because love is fleeting, happiness is a mirage, and at least this Burger King is consistent (not a compliment). The “meal” serves as a reminder that not everything desired is obtained. It’s like a form of therapy, but cheaper and with more existential dread. Every bite of the wrong, cold sandwich reinforces the commitment to self-loathing. The slogan should be, ‘Have it our way. You’ll thank us for the character development.
Their customer service makes me happy that I am alone in this cold dark world, with this cold, dark “sandwich”.

Dropped in to grab lunch. The food was normal Burger King food. The problem was that my order took 15 to 20 minutes to make it out of the kitchen. If you are looking for a quick meal or you are in a rush this is not the place.

I understand businesses have their good days and bad days but today just happen to be one of those bad days. Between a spill on the floor no one cared to clean and just put a sign on, to having absolutely nothing that did not have massive amounts of sugar in the drink machine (having a location in a retirement community none-the-less), to a spilled drink on a table no one would clean, it was a disaster inside Burger King.
I was inside a total of 30 minutes and not once did I see a mop to come out to try to clean the location with the spill. There were quite a few people of retirement age (as I said it was a retirement community) that could have been seriously hurt if they were to slip. Drinks were running extremely low with no sugar free options in their state of the art drink machine. Trash cans were starting to overflow and the sweet tea was in a “pitcher”. This will be the last time I will be at this location unfortunately.

This is not visible from W Duval Mine Rd, which is the main road, so pay attention to your GPS. Every time I’ve been there, it’s always empty and quiet. Customer service is fast and amicable when ordering. Never had an issue with any of my orders . Very clean inside and there’s always parking ️ available anytime of the day.
