I went here with my girlfriend it was the first time she had ever been to a Carl’s Jr. We both got a couple burgers they where very good. The service is always fast and friendly.

My schedule is really tight between today and tomorrow or I would have stayed home and cooked. Closing crew always has an attitude. I got a cali XL and hope I didn’t get food poisoning. The meat was like warm. I asked for a leeetle extra sauce and got bombarted. Looked like a diaper bomb. This is the second time I came in here before close and receive worse service because of it. Smh. Do better

I ordered chicken tenders at Drive Thru. I assumed tenderscome with ranch or that the employee would ask if you wanted some, but I specifically asked for extra ranch . Got our food and we tried to ask about the ranch. Employee was dismissive waving us on while taking an drive thru order. (Older man with light colored beard.)
Back at hotel, no ranch. Not even ketchup for fries.
Its snowing and its not ideal to drive back out and search for ranch.
And I know it sounds stupid to worry over ranch. I am home sick and just feeling sad, just wanted a “convenient,” effortless meal. I feel like the effortless part is on their end where there was less effort put into this order.
You should treat everyone with kindness. You never know what they are going through and a stupid chicken tender with ranch might be their comfort food.

I almost choked to death on an onion ring. The onion inside the breading apparently still had the skin on it. After I coughed it up, it was like plastic. My throat is in pain. Hurts like crazy. This is not against the people at the restaurant. This is a quality control problem with the company. I now have anxiety towards onion rings. I hope my throat is not damaged.

My significant other and I went here for dinner tonight. The woman on the mic sounded very irritated. She took our order and before my partner could even finish their sentence she told them the total. Didn’t ask if that was all for us or listen to the substitution my SO was asking for before very rudely telling us the total and telling us to pull forward. We decided that was not the kind of service we were okay with and left. I understand the food industry is hard. But be kind to people as we were not rude to her in any way shape or form.

5 * service. However… this location had 2 people staffed 2 days ago for a lunch rush, this young man said to me “I was so frustrated I just about walked out and quit”. To which I told this young man “I’m glad you didn’t. You’re a caring young man that’s being treated poorly by your manager. Don’t quit because they suck at their job. Keep it to pay your bills and shove it in the face of the failure superiors you work for.” I believe in that moment the young man had felt relief of not quitting because someone appreciated his hard work and efforts. -10* on the manager’s job. I say replace the manager with the older gentleman that was operating half or more of the kitchen.

We stopped for lunch here after a flight into Spokane. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff were honest enough to say “I don’t know.” to a question and didn’t sound irritated. The food was served quickly. Hot. Fresh. Bathroom was clean.
