Jezel has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen someone have in the service industry. Had to repeat my order several times didn’t even tell me it was ready for payment just stared off into space I had to ask if it was ready then as im waiting for my food a Mexican couple came in and she was a totally different person with them had eye contact and everything even joked with them this is 2026 racism is outdated and should not be tolerated by any company i will not be returning to this location

I placed an online order and forgot to add something to the order, so I called within a few minutes after placing , asked if I can pay the extra charges when I pick up my order, the girl on the phone ( “Ashley” ) said there was nothing she could do since I already paid. Does Wingstop not allow you to modify or add to orders? I’ve done so at other locations with better customer service, maybe not this one unfortunately? This specific Wingstop has consistency issues, from this and past experiences. I went ahead and cancelled my entire order over a 60 cent difference to modify it when it hadn’t even been made yet, since I was told there was nothing that could be done.

I always order from this location, and they get my order right every single time! I have three locations nearby, but I always choose this one because they never disappoint. The service is great, and I’ve noticed the managers stepping in to help the team—like handing out orders when the staff is busy taking calls(orders) . That kind of teamwork makes this place even better. Highly recommend!

Wings were good, but the fries looked like they were made yesterday and reheated. They were so dark they looked beyond brown… Even though the fries looked burned, they were as soft as a marshmallow on the inside.

Despite the bad reviews I still order from this location being that it’s closest to me… but today was the last time! I would rather drive out of the way and have edible food instead of wasting 50 dollars on trash! They took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, it wasn’t busy it just looks like a bunch of people not wanting to work!! They put so much seasoning on the fries and they were drenched with oil and all soggy!!! Disgusting!! My family couldn’t even eat them! The person cutting vegetables wasn’t wearing gloves yet touching all the celery and carrots with his bare hands!
