Staff refused to give me a cup for my water. Said they were “out of water cups.” Since I was a paying customer I should’ve been able to get a cup to fill with tap water. I said “can I have a regular drink cup and you can watch me fill it with water.” The employee did not adress the question and said “this has nothing to do with me.” Another employee suggested I use a condiment cup for water.

The worst Chipotle outlet I’ve ever been to!
The staff here simply do not follow instructions, no matter how clearly you explain your order. I was even charged for items I did not order, and when I asked for a receipt, the person at the counter initially refused to provide it. After insisting multiple times, I finally received it—only to notice an extra charge of $3.42 for something I never ordered.
When I questioned it, the employee’s tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, I even felt discriminated against by the way he interacted with me compared to others.
Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. I’d strongly advise avoiding the Madison, NJ Chipotle outlet if you expect even basic courtesy or accuracy in your order.

This Chipotle location was ok, and here is why. One out of the three staff members serving the food was very nice while the other two appeared pretty gloomy working there. One thing that I don’t like seeing, that I saw at this location, is onions and corn that have fallen inside the sour cream. As someone who only get the cheese and sour cream on the chicken burrito this is not good when it gets into my burrito. We ordered the burritos and they were good. However when we went to get lemonade there was none and even the ice was empty. A staff member, who seemed to be taking a break, noticed and immediately loaded the ice in the machine. Not sure if they were able to resolve the lemonade. Overall an OK experience.

The last 3 times we ordered over the last couple months, our orders were wrong and/or missing ingredients. We decided to give them another shot.
Tonight, we ordered via mobile app & order was supposed to be ready at 7:15. The place was packed, and we didn’t get our food until 7:45. My burrito is HALF the size it usually is, and the fajita veggies are completely raw. Major disappointment as this place has been going downhill but tonight was the breaking point as far as us continuing to eat here.

Used to be good, but now anything you ask for “a little more” of is treated as a full double and you get charged extra. Portions feel smaller, prices are higher, and the value just isn’t there anymore.

In person the food is fairly good and is almost always correct, however the chip proportions have gotten really small recently. If you order online the orders are almost always wrong. The workers keep the work area messy. They don’t have change for cash and if you want a quesadilla you need to order online. The bathrooms are fairly clean.
