There is a Lamar that works up at the Dunkin Doughnuts in Norwalk on 250!!! Such a great person!!! Makes sure everything is right and if it isn’t it will get taken care of… Lamar has been very sweet to me and seems very good with coworkers with all of my encounters!!! Lamar deserves 5 stars!!! Most definitely!!!

A few evenings previously, I was sitting in the parking lot behind this dunkin waiting for AAA, when an adult female with a vehicle load of kids went through the drive thru and harassed a couple of young girls working there. They went to the doors trying to get in, and those young girls were scared inside the store, as they should have been. I’m an adult male, 225 lbs, and that situation would have made me nervous. I figured the police were called, but I didn’t witness law enforcement intervention. It was very disturbing for sure, especially to see an adult female participant in such activities. I eventually made my way over there and went through for a coffee, and it was obvious these young ladies were crying and scared. Its very strange because nothing was reported.

Food and drink was great but two blond girls who are always together don’t do much are rude when we are just laughing in the lobby staring at us, making faces, whispering things Rolling their eyes like they were annoyed.we did not like this, and nobody should be treated like this when they are just surviving if you are treated like this, just kill them with kindness oh and not to sound like a Karen but… table hinges are loose.

my last three visits were nothing but trash… this store doesn’t even deserve a one star… on the third visit which was today. This was my last straw. I ordered a vanilla frosted donut and they threw the donut in upside down so the frosting was stuck to the bag and I just had a plain doughnut then I ordered a shot of espresso over ice. I’ve gotten this so many times and they basically gave me coffee bc it was sooo light, espresso is dark even over ice.. then I ordered a basic iced latte with caramel, when I received my drink, it looked like just milk and caramel flavoring it was DISGUSTING and the sad part is they weren’t even busy!!!! 3 cars in At the whole building and I was the third car this location is trash and I do not recommend going, I’d rather spend my money on a McDonalds coffee than this crap!!!

Service in the lobby is always slow. Breakfast sandwiches and my drink (hot chocolate) come out a long time apart, even when there are no other customers in line in the store. The hot chocolate was warm and the outside of my cup had spillage on it that nobody bothered to wipe. Each of the tables regularly are dirty and need wiping down.

I’ve given them several chances but the service gets worse. Orders being messed up, long wait times, undercooked food. Their service is deplorable and the staff for the most part, is unfriendly. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I waited in the drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes. Got half way through my order before she told me they had no English muffins and I had to repeat my order. Then, had to repeat it for a third time. I was speaking loud and clearly. The girl asks for the order but doesn’t put it in right away, asking for you to repeat. The sandwiches weren’t cooked like I asked, three times. I ordered four bakers choice donuts with vanilla frosting….this is what I got instead. Save yourself the time and trouble and drive to the one in Sandusky.

Have had my order messed up many many times but continue to give them another try. Went yesterday for a cold brew like I always do and it tasted very watered down I called and asked to speak to a manager and the phone was given to another employee (who was not a manager) was not given a name and was told that they will dump the watered down cold brew out and give me a new one free of charge. I pulled back through the drive thru to get this new cold brew and as I pulled in two employees were standing outside and pointed to me as I pulled in, then went to the window and was lied to when I asked if they remade the cold brew. They gave me the EXACT same thing just with less ice…they could care less about the products they serve and it shows

I don’t normally order sandwiches from here but I did today and this is what I got. I did not check when I left because I didn’t anticipate getting this POS. I am very disappointed- probably more so than I have been in a while. Please let your people know they should have pride in what they serve – this is just sad.
