Kinda skimpy on the topping. I paid over $5 for a small sundae. It was delicious, but I only had 4 bites of fudge. I would have preferred less ice cream so you had room for it.

Beware. If you have coupons, they will not honor them. My daughter’s birthday cake was completely ruined by this store a few years ago. Rather than refund us, we were given free blizzard coupons. Today, we attempted to use the coupons. We were told they will not be honored. And just like that, we no longer buy ice cream here. There are dozens of other great locations in the neighborhood. Try Rita’s, Sub Zero, or Cold Stone for example.

As you don’t interact with the Mgr you may be fine. Little guy was confused with orders and struggled with giving correct food to people. It was crazy busy in there, like 5 people. Had to tell him 3 times he was holding my oder before he gave to me and said I was confused. If he gets overwhelmed this easy, can’t imagine what he’s like when they really are busy. Good luck if you go there.

Had a very nice experience at this location. Cheese curds were delicious. Appreciate the self serve drinks and condiments. There were 3 kids inside; one of them solicited me for money. It appeared they had ridden “motor” bikes to the restaurant.

This dairy queen lies about their closing times. We attempted to go into their lobby at 9:18pm to get some celebratory for our celebratory performance. We had people all the way from Elkhart, Indiana to see our amazing performance. But they were devasted to learn that even though there were staff members inside, they wouldn’t let us in. We stood outside for 5 minutes while they stared at us for an uncomfortable amount of time, like zoo animals. We even tried to go through the drive thru, but got ignored.The audacity behind these workers actions still disgusts me. We were forced to go to another ice cream store very far away, and we’re still outraged by this Dairy Queen. The Dairy Queen Slogan, “Happy Tastes Good” is completely wrong because we couldn’t even taste the happiness so we felt really sad. We were freezing outside, while they stared at us like we were idiots. Do NOT go here under any circumstances. Thanks for ruining our day.

The store manager was as rude as could be! I tried to call the store manager concerning a problem that happened to drive through with me being overcharged and he was very rude and did not care. When I asked him for the number for his regional manager he said we do not give that out and when I asked him if he was independently owned or if he had a regional team he hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone going here at all! This is the third bad experience I’ve had here and management absolutely does not care about the customers whatsoever they take it for granted that because they have Dairy Queen as a name that the customers will continue to come in.

Asked for a cheeseburger w ketchup kids meal, got a hamburger with ketchup…..Took it up to ask for cheese, they came back with a cheeseburger with pickles mustard and ketchup. I take it back up to tell them and the manager searches my meal to tell me I didn’t get a cheeseburger….I actually did, I can’t help that they didn’t type it in, but since it wasn’t typed in after spending about 50$ I guess adding cheese was just too much of a problem, and the fact that he had to go into the computer just to find my meal to tell me I didn’t order a cheeseburger only ketchup is wild to me. All that for a 5¢ piece of cheese. 0/10. Will never come back here again! And this was the manager of the store…..the cashier was nice!!

Frequent this location every couple weeks or so during warmer weather; less so in Winter. Treats and food are pretty consistent year-round.
Treats are typically great. Food is hit or miss, usually a little better than average, but when it’s good, it’s good.
Last visit, 6/17/25, burgers were pretty good. Fries were hot but undercooked; immediately got soggy and greasy in the bag. Ice Cream Cone and Misty Slush were excellent.
Service is typically good, staff has been quick, accurate, friendly, and helpful.
Mobile App works well.
