Love love LOVE this restaurant! The manager and all the staff and cooks were amazing and just the most kindest, hard-working, caring people I’ve met in east Texas. The food was top notched and our drinks were always filled up. We had our son with us and they were all so sweet to him and brought out his food and little cup for him and he was so happy. Definitely will be coming back ! Thank you for making our night.

Very good food, great staff, they take excellent care of you and the owner checks on you constantly. The Ribeye steak was perfectly cooked for my wife(blue rare), chef said that’s the only way to order steak. The chicken fried ribeye was great, and the fresh tagliatelle with salmon was excellent. Overall great experience, it is a little pricey but the service, attention from the staff, and the excellent food made it worth while. Big shout out to our servers Stephanie and Megan, they were excellent.

Quite the restaurant. The atmosphere is very inviting and brings a bit of a fine dining flair. The service is absolutely top notch. The wait staff staying highly attentive and making sure your well taken care of and even the Owner/executive chef coming to every table to personaly make sure your expirience is top notch. Not too mention the food which is of a much higher standard than most restaurants in the area, high quality perfectly cooked ingredients that result in delectable plates that are plated beautify. 5/5 would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys a high quality meal.

What a wonderful surprise. We have been anxiously awaiting this restaurant to open. We just moved here 1 month ago from N. Dallas. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like celebrities. Our server Porshe was probably one of the most vibrant, funny and personal wait staff we have had in a long time (last time was at Un Sueno winery in Pittsburg) she was seriously so great, she was funny, attentive, genuine, and we adored her. She recommended the Tuna Tar Tar for an appetizer, and it did not disappoint( see photo). The Tuna was fresh on top of a delicious avacado stack with thin crispy onions on top of that. It was a real treat. Next….the main course. My husband ordered the short rib. We thought it was coming with grits, and to our surprise, it was served with polenta and
a buttery hint of cheese and an unrecognizable spice that hit you 2-3 seconds after you tasted it. It was such a flavor journey and experience. The short rib literally melted in your mouth. I ordered the filet, and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The kind of steak that as soon as hit hits your mouth, you look up, make eye contact with your spouse and say “oh my god” The mashed potatoes were incredible, discovering small hidden chunks of potatoes in every savory bite. Next was the bread pudding….see all pictures, it was magical. We then went into the cigar bar. Finally, a cigar bar in Pittsburg. It did not disappoint. There was a great coffee table book we immediately picked up. TV with a remote for you to choose what you want to listen to. We had such an enjoyable evening that we know this will be our Chop House replacement. Much closer, and the service was unforgettable. Both owners Enam, the executive chef and his wife Karen, the property manager, came by our table several times and shared stories of their lives and careers in the DFW area prior to them moving to Leesburg. I honestly feel that we have new friends, and it was a great evening

If you’re in Pittsburg, TX or even if you’re a couple hours away do yourself a favor and make a point to eat at Angus Grille! Chef Enam and his whole staff made some DELICIOUS food. Pretty sure our table of 15 got almost everything on the menu and it was all tasty. My short ribs were perfectly done (low and slow – over a 6 hr cook). They have a cigar lounge to relax in before or after your meal. It’s well ventilated and cigar smell doesn’t get into the restaurant. The brisket nachos were fantastic – but we didn’t get a picture…they were gone too fast! 🙂

Have had dinner there twice since it opened and what wonderful meals they were. Took my wife here last night for her birthday and was very pleased. It’s rare that a restaurant’s steak can rival one cooked at our home but their steak certainly did. Very tender and perfectly seasoned. The salad, soup, and sides were all great , especially the birthday cheesecake that was given to my wife. The waitress and the owners were very attentive. We will definitely be going back!

Portia gives a TOP NOTCH service no matter what experience you want! The atmosphere is perfect! A little fancy if you want to feel fancy but laid back if you want to walk in in your work clothes. The food & drinks fantastic! Order the “fancy” water and a Lavender Martini! The shrimp & calamari appetizer with pepperchinis were fabulous and both entrees perfection!
