The parking lot was full but they got us a table quick and the service by the server was outstanding, Really good service and fast , the server WES is amazing, super attentive and courteous, very professional, he should be a trainer to be honest.. the food was great and the bathroom was super clean even when it was close to 8 pm .. we had a great family time at this Chili’s today. This is the second time we come to this location and honestly, I rather drive here even if I am far away. No bull…..

Tried this place out because I thought It was a new potential wings place….
PROS:
– Wings are a decent size for what you pay for. (8 wings for $8)
– Fries are included with every order.
– Food was ready when they said It would be ready.
CONS:
– It’s just Chili’s making wings….
– You can’t eat them fresh, only pickup or delivery.
– To go containers don’t have vents, wings and fries were soggy.
– Sauces were over hyped, they were just ok.
– Wings were under sauced
– Ordered the smoked wings, but just received more fried wings.
Maybe if you could eat the food in the restaurant it would be better??
I’m not sure, and not willing to find out after this experience.
Just go to Publix and buy their wings.

We placed an order for 4 meals and was very disappointed. First the skin on the wings was not crisp they were rubbery . Second on two orders for ranch dry rub there was a 1/4 inch of grease on the bottom of the poorly designed container what would not close . All the fries we soaking in the grease and were not edible.
Had no idea this place was in chilis either . I’ll try another location to see if this is just this locations problem

Can’t order from the website because (no reason given you just can’t) can’t call in and order because the chilli’s machines do not allow the order to be processed.
