If I could give a 0 i definitely would. I was eating it and a piece of a needle looking thing fell out the sandwich. I ordered this on 08/17/25 on door dash and went inside to pick up the order. So no door dash driver handled this food besides the people working there.

I have many Favorite Mexican restaurants, but this torta Sinaloa restaurant is by far the The best that I’ve tasted in Mexican food. All their food is authentic, and it’s freshly made. Even there, Chiles en vinagre (Chiles en vinagre ( Jalapeño in vinegar) our homemade are freshly made right there in the restaurant. I give this place 10 out of 10. Also the waitress Ruby is real friendly.

Food was very good. My wife ordered the 3 fried chicken taquito combo. The taquitos looked and tasted home made. Very delicious. I had the 2 carne asada Sopes plate and they were delicious. They do have a variety of Agua Frescas. I recommend La de fresa con Leche! You will not regret it, its absolutely delicious. My wife got that one and she loved it. I got the Jamaica one which was also very good. They don’t offer free refills on their Aguas Frescas. Their prices are reasonable. Over all we had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

I ordered two traditional tortas online, they’re supposed to come with choice of meat, cheese, avocado and beans so they cost more than classic tortas which don’t come with that. I was charged for two traditional tortas yet I received two classic tortas… no cheese no beans no avocado. Unfortunately I do let speak Spanish so when I called back I was unable to explain the situation.

Terrible place and service , paid 12 dollars for a torta and they didn’t put no lettuce onions or any toppings on the sandwich that I asked for just meat and a bun… what kind of joke is this . I don’t recommend anyone coming to this business . I hope the owners see this because I tried calling them for them to fix my order and they wouldn’t answer the phone absolutely terrible service . Tried going through the drive thru, was there for so long I thought the speaker didn’t work, pulled up, was told to go around again because it was just one girl working there. Went around, waited for another 5 minutes, pulled up again and they had boarded up the window.

If you call this place you can’t even speak to a real person a stupid ai awnsers and refuses to connect you to a person or to place an order. I came here twice a week for my lunch during work, but I’m not coming back again. To make things worse, when you try their stupid link, it forces you to use Facebook Messenger just to talk to them. I don’t use Facebook Messenger, so the only option is to go in person just to place an order i cannot make it back to work in time. Terrible setup.
