Amazing experience from start to finish. The revolving sushi concept is fun and very convenient, and everything arrived fresh and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality of the fish in every bite.
The menu offers a great variety with options for everyone, and the service was fast, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The staff made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable.
The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and well organized, making it a great spot for a date, friends, or family. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
Highly recommended.

Took my daughter here for her birthday as she’s been really wanting to try a revolving sushi bar and this had really good reviews. So glad we drove over an hour to try this place! From the atmosphere to the food, right down to our waiter was excellent. I got the Thai milk tea (I’ve never had any boba teas) but this was good although I probably wouldn’t get again. Although good wasn’t my cup of tea. (Ha, see what I did there?) the tuna sashimi had wonderful taste, very fresh. I’ll post pictures of some of the things we ended up trying. I would really recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi. The variety is amazing!

We loved going here to eat someplace fun. The robot boats are adorable. ❤️ The sashimi is good. Tempura was good. The service was excellent–they take such good care of you. They refill you a ton. They ask if you want to order anything that is not on the belt, and they clear your plates a lot so you are eating in a clean space. It’s a great treat. We’ve been here twice and it was a good place to laugh and slam some tasty bites. Really enjoyed the smoked salmon and unagi donut too. Pretty good! It’s definitely a good experience. They play good music and have large and small tables to accommodate different sized parties. Would recommend.

This place is great and I will definitely be back! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a little slow, but that’s somewhat understandable for a newer restaurant. My fiancé and I went during a very busy time, and when we sat down there were only like 2 rolls on the conveyor belt. Our server actually apologized and told us he was telling the kitchen to hurry up and was keeping us updated on when things would be coming out. It could be that a lot of things just didn’t make it to us, but we honestly only grabbed probably 3 things off the conveyor and had to order the rest through our server. Started seeing a lot more coming out as we were getting ready to leave though so I’m sure this varies depending on when you go. The drinks also took a while, but were good! Everything we ate was very fresh and delicious. Heads up, when you order rolls off the menu they come in regular portions (6-8) but on the conveyor there’s only 4 per serving. I wish we could’ve gotten more off the belt so we could’ve tried more! Also, your entire party has to be there for them to seat you. Not a problem just wanted to mention as a heads up!

Food is subpar at best. Don’t be fooled by the “5-star” ratings as they try to bribe you with little trinkets at the front if you show your “amazing” review. The comments saying that the taste is “excellent” and “great”, have never had actual quality sushi before, besides the ones inside Kroger. I would even say the sushi inside Kroger is better. They’re pretty similar in taste. When me and my friend were seated, the waitress came by and did not give any explanation on how to order; also seemed visibly agitated.
The pink mystery fish you see is supposedly tuna? It had an extremely odd fishy taste to it, kind of like it was spoiled. The menu is also extremely AI generated, as you can tell by the shape of the onion ring looking “calamari” lol. Ramen is bland as bland can be and also found some hair! What a pleasant surprise.
Save time and MONEY by going to Tensuke Market and splurging on some good quality sushi and desserts next door. Even yet, go to Tokyo Grill Buffet – more bang for your buck + cheaper.
Atmosphere is great for the most part, seems like that’s where majority of their quality went to. Quantity over Quality here!

Really enjoyed this sushi buffet. The fish was fresh, the rice wasn’t mushy, and there were plenty of options including rolls, sashimi, and hot dishes. Service was fast and attentive, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality. Would definitely come back.

This sushi bar is a delicious spot that never disappoints. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a great variety constantly rotating by. I love how easy it is to try new rolls without waiting, and everything tastes high quality. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has a clean, lively atmosphere. The music is not what I prefer- rave. However, It’s a great place for a casual meal with friends or family.

This was my second visit to Hokkaido Revolving Sushi Bar, and it was a fantastic experience! My first visit was during their soft opening, so things felt a bit rushed while they were still getting organized. This time, though, the improvement was huge—everything was well-prepared, and the conveyor belt was constantly stocked with a wide variety of delicious sushi. I also loved the modern, stylish décor, which made the whole experience even better. I’m definitely coming back again!

The food is great. The milk teas are delicious and dairy free for my fellow people who can’t have dairy. They keep the sushi on the revolving bar stocked.
It’s all you can eat for a very reasonable price.
I’ve been here twice now and it’s been fabulous. Great staff they are so nice and friendly.

For all you can eat, conveyor style sushi, the quality could very easily be phoned in, but not at Hokkaido. Plate after plate of delicious nigiri and rolls continue by all the time, not to mention the specialty rolls and dishes delivered by robot monorail. With a salad bar and desserts included, it’s more than worth the price. Just..pace yourself. but not too much; you’ve got 2 hours per seating. Can’t wait to be back when they have their liquor license, judging by the size of the wine room, but the dragon fruit tea with crystal bubble hit the spot in the meantime.
