Amazing food and even better atmosphere. I come here 2-3 times a month and I’ve never had an issue with food quality of staff. My waiters are always very sweet, helpful, and funny and the food is really really good. I usually get Option B or C because the crazy California roll is a must for me every time; the marinated shrimp is so good as well. Highly recommend going to this restaurant!

My husband and I had a spontaneous date night and sat at the bar on Friday night. We were greeted with a smile and the food and service was excellent. Our bartender was extremely busy. He was tending to the bar and handling all the drink orders from the dinning area all by himself! This did not look easy at all! I saw drink tickets print out and he looked overwhelmed but still tackled them and tended to us at the bar. Owners and general manager of this establishment please do right thing and have the bar staffed appropriately.

He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out perfectly timed, and his energy really elevated the whole experience. Service like this turns a good meal into a great one. We love coming out to eat here at Firepan. Korean BBQ is always a great treat, and the meats and other choices here are delicious. Particularly, the olive oil steak and the pineapple bulgogi are to die for, the olive oil really turns the steak so rich and the pineapple juices tendering the bulgogi to an almost melt-in-your-mouth degree without the sweetness being overwhelming.
We stopped in on Halloween night and had quite the lovely surprise as just about everyone had a costume! Really fun environment- our server Andy in his matching Kiki’s Delivery Service costumes with Sammi was a highlight, so very adorable.
Speaking of which, he did such a fantastic job- so very attentive, making sure we got everything in a timely manner, and letting us know what new things were on- and off- the menu. The pumpkin spice Jell-O shots he suggested burned all the way down in a wonderful heat.
Really can’t recommend Firepan enough if you want a great AYCE experience, lots of variety and sides paired with good quality meat and excellent service!

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Treasure Royale, and she was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely welcomed. Her energy was positive, professional, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Treasure was knowledgeable about the menu, quick with refills, and always checked in at just the right times. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Service like hers is hard to find these days!
If you get the chance to have Treasure as your server, you’re in for a great experience. We will definitely be back — and asking for her again!

Been here four times and the food, cocktails and service is consistently great. They have one of the best happy hour deals in the area. Came the Friday before Valentine’s Day and tried the Sweet Cupid cocktail which was delicious. It was so good we came back the following day just the cocktail. Found out our bartender Gladis was actually the one to create the Sweet Cupid. Hoping it stays on the menu permanently! Will be back again.
