A Garden City staple. Happy that dine in is available. Hot spicy soup is not like most others. It is peppery. I really like it. Sweet and sour pork is served with pineapple, green pepper, and carrots – as it should be. Hunan beef was okay. Chicken Egg Foo Yung had a white gravy. Kinda odd , from what I’m used to, but very good. Chicken fried rice had big slices of chicken, and good selections of vegetables. Portions are ample, and prices are reasonable. I’ll be trying their spicier dishes soon.

I ordered sweet n sour chicken and fried rice. I have ordered it from here and it was good before. I got dry overcooked fried chicken and they covered it with sauce and vegetables to hide it. The chicken fried rice was terrible. The chicken looks boiled and is as white as paper. I paid $26 for this crap. I called and was told I need to tell them exactly what I want. I don’t know how much clearer sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice order should be. I will never come back here again.

Food and service was good. Nice for quiet dinner for 2. Got the dinner for 2. It is a la cart style seemingly for dinner, but i did see lunch specials that are inclusive. It could have been quite expensive but we got the basic for our 1st visit.

Been eating at New Peking for two decades, back in those days it was a family business operated by the two brothers. The new owners had their hands full with Covid, only carryout orders back then for the longest time. They withered the storm and are up and running with full time hours and dine in. Hub and I drive from Riverview to eat here, food is very good and they give you generous portions. Employees are very kind and courteous, the place very well maintained. We ordered red pepper shrimp and Schezuan beef for dinner. Served to us in a timely fashion, and both entrees were hot and delicious. We always have leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. Prices are reasonable for what you get. They do a huge carry out business also. Recommend coming here and giving them a try, Debbie/ Riverview, Mich.

This spot offers the finest Chinese cuisine in the area. Our go-to order is the Special Flavor Beef; the sauce is exceptionally flavorful. Although we’ve noticed the portion of meat can vary sometimes more and sometimes less. The Wonton soup is consistently delicious and the fried pot stickers are a standout appetizer. The food consistently arrives promptly and it’s rare for the place to get too crowded.

So disappointing! General Tsao’s Chicken was drowning in sauce. The chicken was soggy. The broccoli was overcooked. Same with the sweet-and-sour chicken, too much overly sweet sauce overwhelmed the vegetables and chicken. The eggrolls had no flavor. The fried rice was heavy with soy sauce. The dumplings were too big and sloppily made. This is the second time we have eaten here since ownership changed. We will not eat here again.

This was our go to place when I was a kid. My family went weekly. Chen was the best. It’s been about 10 years since I’ve eaten here. My sister suggested it a few weeks back. 30 years later and it’s still the best in the business. I’m eating my way through all our family favorites. Prices are very reasonable. My guess is they’ve been in business for 50 years. Serve a good product at a reasonable price with friendly service and you’ll be sucessful. Well done and thanks for the memories.

I love this place so much. I have been coming here with my grandmother since I was a young child, and they have never disappointed. The dining room was closed through the pandemic, so we had carry out during that time, but they recently re-opened and we decided it was time to stop back in. They have a new look inside, new floor, less red over all now. It’s a good atmosphere and the staff is really nice. My grandparents ordered their usual, lunch specials 15 and 23, while I had the mandarin chicken. It came out fast and sizzling fresh, and it tasted amazing. Can’t wait until the next time we come back here.
