I didn’t eat here during this visit, but I had to leave a review because this was the first time I’ve ever seen a Subway inside a Walmart .
The store has been recently remodeled, and the updated Subway design really stands out. The green and yellow absolutely POP — I love it. It feels fresh, modern, and inviting.
The area looked clean and organized , and it’s such a convenient option for shoppers who want to grab something quick without making another stop . Even though I didn’t order this time, it’s a great addition to the store and I’ll likely try it next visit.

The guy doesn’t know how to listen, he kept putting the wrong things on my sandwich, but the food was good even though it’s all bought, GET BETTER SERVICE tho. Oh and they forgot some of our order. If I could do 0 stars I would never go here, it’s absolutely terrible, subway fix your stuff.

I walked in with my 6 year old and they told me they were closed. I asked the woman what time do they close she said 7:50. I showed her my phone that it was 7:42. Her clock on the wall showed the same. She said we still have other people (in line.) I tried to take her picture and she hid behind the counter (customers were watching.) I asked her for a managers numbers and she said no. I walked out to my car to search Google for a manager number and saw that closing time is supposed to be 8:00…

For the last couple years, every single time I go to this Walmart Subway, I have the misfortune of getting the same employee. She’s on the short side, and I think she is the manager, believe it or not. And all the time I’ve been going there, I have never once seen the woman smile. Quite the contrary. She looks angry. She frowns. She is so rude. She makes me feel unwelcome. I cringe when I walk in and see her there. I never feel more unwelcome than when I have to deal with her. I wish she would quit and find a job she actually likes, far away from people.

Rating based on customer service and not food itself. I’ve ordered here numerous times online but called to place an order before close and said I could be there in just a few minutes because I was already on my way. The employee helping me was a woman and she told me that they were closed even though it was 11 min prior to the closing time stated on their site. Also, I know how I sound because no one likes customers who walk in at the last min but I was ready to be there very quickly and just needed a small sub. I guess I’m glad they told me over the phone and not in person because I cannot poker face well.

I eat at Subway 3 to 4 times a week.. but at this particular location I wanted a cup of ice but I did not purchase a sandwich was told I would have to buy at least a small drink. Not sure why she would not give me a cup of ice. . Why ?? It’s only about a 6 oz cup, maybe 8 ice cubes

Horrible Service at this subway and trying to add extra Charges… BEWARE; New Associate doesn’t even know what Ciabatta bread is (which was fine.. we all have been new) but when ordered a steak and cheese, she also put on only a very small pinch of cheese.. I requested to put additional cheese on… It’s a steak and cheese!! When checking out Manager is talking in Spanish to cashier and I inquired why the price is higher than usual; she said “You requested extra Cheese”… no I requested additional cheese to the standard amount… What has me furious is that the manager should have talked to me in English and in English to the Cashier, there was no issue with her ability in speaking in English, I just feel it’s like talking behind your back.
