I just felt it was important to let everyone associated with this company now that you have an absolute Rockstar working here. I came in this morning for breakfast and I noticed a little blonde-haired lady with glasses hustling. Just hustle in the whole time I watched her take food trays out to people who were in the drive-thru I saw her cleaning the feet on the stools and the tops of the tables. I listen to her having kind conversations with customers and co-workers. She was friendly to me in a moment where I was feeling like I needed it. I gave her a tip. You guys should give her a raise.

Came in with my daughter to get a happy meal and a drink and they couldn’t find the order first. Then I had to keep going back to get the drink and bbq with her kids meal. Staff was more about being on their phone than taking care of guests

I ordered in the drive thru today. I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich and still got it anyways even though it had a no lettuce label on it. I asked for ketchup and got none. When I asked for ketchup I just got a mean glare and got 4 bags for 3 adult meals. Made me wait more than 15 minutes just for food. The lady at the window
finally opened the window to pass out food and then opened again with an attitude never said a word and glared hard at me and I told her I needed my drinks, gave them to me with an attitude. In my opinion if you don’t wanna deal with people then don’t work in customer service jobs. Pay attention to what is ordered not half ass the job.

Stopped to get my daughter food. Checked the bag and everything looked right. Service was fine and the food came out quick. She bit the quarter pounder and it was cold and raw in the middle

I was hungry. So the food was ok. Can’t be no worse than when I was eating MRE’S during my military service.

When I walked up to the counter. A McDonald’s employee was checking out for work. He said nothing to me. Completed his checking out at the cash register, went to the back of the kitchen, came back to the front and walked out the door. Two minutes later a McDonald’s employee walked out from the back of the kitchen to take my order. It seem to me a class of customer’s service need to be given or maybe a refresher course.

Anyway, while waiting for my order. I’m looking around in the dining area. It looked like a train full of 5 years old had just left from there eating. Tables needed to be wrapped clean and floors need to be swept up and mopped.

Moreover, the owner need to stop being lazy and purchase some new benches because the current tables are very looking old.

Slow service. Busy drive through could be the issue. Dirty men’s room. Still waiting for my one hamburger. Over salted to the point of burning my throat. Blah. I’ll go across the street and try Burger King next time I pass by. Is it me are have McDonald’s burgers shrunk just like a half gallon ice cream ?

I purchased a large iced coffee with the intention of getting my daily monopoly piece. They didnt have any of the right cups in stock. I asked for a monopoly piece from a French fry or other piece. They would not give me the monopoly piece I purchased and would not give me a refund. They did give me a bad attitude though.

Do NOT go here! If you do, don’t use the app and double check your order!!! Customer Service was TERRIBLE!!! My receipt clearly says I parked in spot 7 and that I ordered more than a small fry…the attendant came out and tried to give me a small fry! I did order fries but she still would have been wrong, because I ordered a medium!! She eventually comes back and says here’s your order. I said I ordered a Medium Tea! It was literally on her carrying tray! She hands it to me and I said I paid for 2 Sweet and Sour sauces, she said they’re in your bag…I said no they’re not. So she gives me ONE! I said I paid for TWO, it’s on my receipt and then she gives me the Second one! My fries and my fish sandwich were cold! Ugghh my first and last time coming here! The McDonald’s at 38667 Sussex Hwy Delmar Delaware is waaay better!

Had a great experience today at this McDonalds location. I want to give a huge shout out to the manager, Ashley! She was very kind, pleasant, and accommodating of my special requests for the food. This has been one of my best experiences at any McDonalds, and I have been to many across the entire country!
