I would give 4 stars but they don’t offer a senior discount and recently stopped offering a senior drink option. Food is good, employees are friendly. The dining area is always clean. Trash is emptied regularly.

This is my go-to place when I just don’t feel like cooking! I always hit drive thru. The staff is super friendly. They have free dog treats for your 4 legged buddy! And when there’s a long line at the drive thru it goes really quick.

So.. According to the workers the kiosks have to be used and they are not allowed to take orders. So, If you can’t physically use their kiosks go to the drive thru Or go somewhere else.. I guess this is the last time I go to Taco Bell… At least other places you still have options

I just want to say that I have lived here in Englewood, Florida, since 1988. Me and my wife worked in the store in Englewood, and I never see people in 2025, given the worst custom service ever, bad, and they get away with it. This is the second time I’ve been in that restaurant. I have shown show you a video of these 2 ladies with the worst service, and they don’t do anything about it, and they’re still there. You should go to Englewood and visit these 2 ladies who work at that store. Thank you.

Visited day before— no issue. My child has gluten intolerance and our dietician with same diagnosis told us TB has two safe options. Yesterday, I was able to order no issue. Today the worker said EVERYTHING has gluten and when I specified the corn taco shell, was told they don’t have it. But they had it yesterday. Maybe should have brief informative session for employees so they can all be on the same page. Or maybe she just didn’t care enough to accommodate us.
