Necas has some of the friendliest, funniest staff. The food is amazing, the lunch menu is expansive and has great prices! The chips and salsa are great. The breakfast tacos are delish! It’s our go to spot for Tex Mex! Highly recommend!

I originally ordered a scheduled delivery from Necas two hours prior the delivery time. 20 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time I received a notification that the order had been cancelled. Once calling the store for the reason, the person stated that they no longer use that delivery service. I placed the same order for two tacos al carbon, shrimp tacos and a spicy fajita plate. Although my family was happy with the tacos al carbon and shrimp tacos, I was extremely disappointed that the spicy fajita plate was more onions and jalapenos than fajita meat especially for the price. There was maybe 10 pieces of meat. I was also disappointed that the store did not communicate sooner that the order would be cancelled considering it was placed two hours prior.

Mexican resturant in the area are good for the most part while this resturant completely stands out across the board. Consistently the service, food and atmosphere is great. And the food….eggplant/seafood, enchiladas, various seafood dishes….etc….Service is fantastic with a comfortable atmosphere. Hands down my wife and I’s go to resturant!

Delicious food and superb service! The atmosphere is decorated well with a Latin theme. They have booth seating, table and chair seating plus a nice bar area. My friends raved about this place, so today, I was fortunate to tag along. What a gem! They serve warm red salsa and cool green salsa with the chips. I loved both! I ordered a sweet tea, and let me tell you, that was the best sweet tea I’ve had in a long time! They have breakfast until 12:00 pm (Sundays, at least) and it looked tasty. I ordered the tacos al carbon. The beef was tender and seasoned exceptionally well. The rice and beans were also terrific. I think we had 4 people helping us the whole time, even though they were clearly very busy. Attention to detail in food presentation, fabulous service, excellent food and a great energy makes this a new favorite! Go already! You won’t be sorry!

I ordered chicken fajitas to go and loved it so I came back a second time to dine in and I loved as well. It was 5 min before kitchen closes. They accommodated us with smiles. Waitress was helpful. The seafood enchiladas had shrimp and crab. Was delicious also jumbo shrimp on the grill was sensational.

Place has went a bit downhill. Ordered fajitas for 1 and this is what I got. In the pic below I did eat 3 pieces prior. Don’t think anything was grilled at all as it came out in under 4 mins. Pretty sad to see as they’ve been around for quite sometime. They used to be a lot better and the meat didn’t look as sad… looking at their old photos it definitely was better back then. Service was good and attentive.

Terrible food with pathetic portions. We ordered fajitas and had to send the side plate back 3 times… it came with crusty refried beans, brown avocado and one spoon full of melted cheese, wilted lettuce and 2 tsp of sour cream. The meat was burnt to a crisp. Never again. The pic is of the 4th attempt.

AMAZING Mexican food! One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The decoration is lovely, with Mexican hats and colors. The food is so delicious! Everything tastes incredible. Fajitas come out sizzling hot, just like I like it. I highly recommend it!
