I must say the music will keep you here if nothing else. I was singing and dancing until I left, the music was that good. The server was attentive and friendly. There is also a comedy club in the back. The wings were typical buffalo wings that were crispy, side salads and turkey chili were good. I would like to visit the comedy club or return for my table side karaoke and wings.

This might be the coolest place known to mankind. The ambiance is like no other. They do it their way and if that suits you than this is the spot . The food was excellent. The Ka’mana Wa’na Lei’ya burger was over the top and the pineapple jalapeno jelly was bomb. They bring you a lot of napkins up front and I needed them. But the star of the show was my server Lex. She is the Shohei Ohtani (sorry Braves fan) of the downtown restaurant scene. She was super pleasant with a great smile and absolutely nailed every service point. I asked that she bring me a second beer without even asking when my first ran low. Sure a shit, there it was. She recommended the Muthacluckin’ Chicken Rolls and killed it. Lex checked on me just enough and helped me with some official Vortex merch. How about a standing ovation for whoever is responsible for having her on staff. All said, if you love delicious food, great service and ambiance like no other – this is your place.

Tried this spot out. While looking for a place to have some food and drinks with a vibe and this place did not disappoint! The food and drinks were very good. Service was great. It was packed but it didn’t feel overwhelming. Great music and I just loved the whole esthetic of the place!

I am underage and not able to go in person so I did a doordash order for me and my mom probably the worst decision ever
There doordash menu is different from their in-house menu or the doordash menu is different from their online menu and so we had to settle for something else that was similar to what we actually would have gotten if we went in person
Honestly once we saw that we probably should have just looked up another place to eat at or maybe do a take out order instead but in the end we decided to stick with the vortex
On the doordash app they have the option to add condiments such as mayonnaise and ketchup and mustard etc however when the order was delivered there was no such thing in our bag no ketchup for our fries or tater tots no silverware to cut the burger with it was low-key very disappointing
Everything else was great the fried pickles were very delicious

We came here after our comedy show and the fried pickles were some of the best I’ve ever had! Great food and drinks here!
For the comedy club: I was a bit concerned at first because we were seated literally AT the stage but we had a great night and the comedians were amazing! The drinks were VERY strong and delicious! Overall the comedy club and restaurant exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be back to another night out here’

Food here is definitely a 4.5 stars. Love the atmosphere and service. The place is huge with many different areas and an amazing decor. If You like to drink, the bar is where is at. I would def recommend this place to friends and family and anybody staying in this area.

Visiting friends in Midtown, we were looking for one of those hidden gems with great burgers and a fun local vibe. We ended up at The Vortex Bar & Grill on Peachtree Street and weren’t disappointed.
Three of us ordered burgers cooked to different temperatures, and each one came out perfectly. Great service, good quality food, and very reasonably priced.

This is a very unique place that gives a great vibe of neighborhood, after work, or weekend meet-up vibe. The inside has animals, great wall art, and music is great. Our waitress was very helpful and prompt with our order. Burgers were definitely on point, just what I wanted. Cooked to my liking with a great selection of burgers. It is in midtown, so parking is where you can find it.
