October 2025: Great ice cream! We arrived at about 8:30 PM and was not busy at all, we had the Sunday and the coffee chip ice cream. They were both very good. Can’t wait to revisit Graeter’s.

A MUST visit!! Visiting here from Minnesota, was told this place is the best. Did not disappoint.
First, splendid customer service. Ellie served us, helped us sample, was extremely patient with me being a newbie, explained things well, was kind and all done with a great smile!
Then, Grant the manager heard I was from out of town and offered me a Chip Wheelie to try, which he paid for!!
Lastly, The Black Raspberry Chip is TO DIE FOR!! BEST I have EVER had, and I have traveled alot and love ice cream. Wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!

Ice cream selection is vast. Servers are super nice, however, I did get overlooked 3 different times while I was standing at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting to place my order. No one asked if I had been helped yet. Everyone just assumed someone else was making my order.

Every favor that I have tried this summer has been delicious. I have had curbside, delivery and in store and all all been great no issues. The staff is amazing and always friendly no matter how the day is going.
S’mores is my favorite right now, the mango sorbet is also refreshing.
But the banana pudding that you can only get in store it’s just ok.
All in all Graeter’s is GReat!

Been going to Graeter’s for years. Never been disappointed Until Now! I went for my usual summer peach. I called ahead and ask if it was there. I got there expecting the usual peach ice cream, just like the picture in the ad shows hanging on their wall (full of peach pieces) and guess what? Not a single sliver or piece of peach anywhere in my ice cream and I paid for a double scoop. I am so disappointed!! I’ve been deceived and disappointed. Between 4 of us we spent over $40 with a tip… never again! ….. The other 3 weren’t thrilled with their scoop size, or what they ordered, I was just devastated…Cold Stone Creamery, here I come!!!

I’ve enjoyed Graeter’s pints from the grocery store but had never been to a stand-alone location. Definitely worth it. The store was slammed the day I visited, but staff worked though the lines quickly. Their fresh icecream is soft and creamy. If yoy get a flavor with chocolate chips, know their chocolate pieces really melt in the mouth. I’ll likely stop by again.

My favorite place for my favorite ice cream. This location has undergone a much-needed renovation since my last visit. It’s a huge improvement. Now, it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy a treat.
Graeter’s is the kind of regional company that used to be featured a lot on Food Network, and The Cooking Channel, back before they started focusing on competitions.
I recommend the strawberry shakes, made with vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce. Anything with their chocolate “chips” is really good too. A lot of their seasonal flavors are top-notch as well.
They have cakes and candies as well.
