Brought back a meal they made incorrectly, drove 25 minutes back just for them to say they could only remake the sandwiches and not replace the cold hashbrowns I haven’t ate yet. Worked in food service for years that’s very weird and have never seen a place do that. Really upset me. $35 on two to go meals, that were uncharged for being to go, and I can’t even get my food hot after it was made incorrect. Won’t be coming back, thankfully another Waffle House a few minutes away

Food is bomb. My only complaint is we placed an online order and they allowed another customer to steal our order. So we had to wait to have our entire meal re made. I understand they can’t control stealing but it was a pack Sunday morning…a lot of witnesses lol. I feel like something should have been said.

Places a to go order. Total was $14.40 they added a 1.20 Togo fee and a 1.20 service fee. I made a mistake of leaving a $5.00 tip. Ask for a print out of what all they are charging you for before you tip. They was no need for me to leave a tip. Oh and didn’t even give me a fork to eat my food with.

Keeping things in perspective… this isnt 5 star dining by any means. Its greasy breakfast food like you’d make at home in your cast iron pan. So on that, I’ll rate it 5.

No matter what time I come to this establishment the team is always welcoming. They greet you as soon as you come through the door. Today I tried carryout even over the phone they were just as welcoming and kind. Though I was indecisive she had much patience with me. There is no racial tension in this Waffle House. The cook is phenomenal he’s very clean-cut and very sharp in his uniform. His assistant young woman knows her stuff. her little self move around that kitchen like it’s hers. An Big Mama who was the Elder she runs the show. She is everyone’s grandmother in there she holds it down. She runs that as if it’s her own establishment as if it’s her own house. You will feel a connection to those who work there and you may never have met them a day in your life.

Tonight my family and I decided to stop by waffle house before our hour drive home. Everything is going well at first, our server Lexie was THE BOMB. Unfortunately we were disturbed by the actions of the other employees and one customer. The customer was making derogatory remarks to our server, and when she asked for help the other server would not assist. The man ended up following her when she tried to step away. It was almost as if the girl was getting bullied. We tried our best to keep her night going well, but we could see her light dim. Waffle house has been known to be a family environment, tonight was not that at all. I cannot believe their staff is so unwilling to help each other, and will allow customers with such a disgusting demeanor to stick around. This was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
