Hands Down the best bbq you can try. This has become my weekly staple at this point and there’s not a single food item you can go wrong with.
Chris and his family put their heart & soul into preparing their food and they take care of their customers well.
I’ve tried every single one of their meats and sides at this point and I make sure no food ever goes to waste and will eat everything as leftovers if not eaten the same day.
Their pork belly & brisket are to die for and if there are ever days that they’re serving the Dino ribs, you’ll want to call ahead because they sell out fast.

My husband and I tried their barbecue once and we’ve never looked back—we haven’t gone to another BBQ spot since! The quality and flavor are absolutely top-tier, and the customer service is just as amazing. We’re obsessed with the ribs, mac & cheese, and beans—and don’t even get us started on the drinks… they’re out of this world! Trust us, once you try them, you won’t want barbecue from anywhere else.

Hands down the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had, no sauce necessary! And this family is special. The parents work in the truck. Their daughter Cami greets you with a beautiful smile and friendly attitude, and can answer any questions about the menu.

I read this article (Buckeye Buzz) on places to eat in Buckeye and this truck was all over the place, naturally I had to try. It did not disappoint! We ordered it all … drinks, food and dessert. Armadillo egg, off the charts good. I took the family back next day and all were raving, this will be on our weekly rotation.

Heading back from CA to AZ we found Hernandez BBQ online, saw the reviews and had to stop. We visited their Laveen location, and had an amazing meal. The pork belly was the best I have ever had, the pulled pork with their bbq sauce was a standout. The portions were large, the sides were delicious: cream corn, jalapeño pork beans (great flavor!), potato salad. If you want to try something different, order up their armadillo egg, a stuffed and wrapped jalapeño. You won’t be disappointed! They also make their own drinks and desserts. All the staff we met were friendly and kind, and it was fun eating outdoors under the lights. We absolutely love coming to Hndz Barbecue! The food is always incredible the ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious, packed with flavor, and everything on the plate tastes amazing. You can tell they put so much heart into what they do. The family behind it is the sweetest they always go above and beyond every single time we come by.
