Oftentimes we patronize a small business and really enjoy it but fail to tell others about it. Telling others helps sustain them in a challenging environment so please join me in sharing your positive experience so they will be blessed with good fortune. I met Carrie, the owner, the last time we visited after driving 30 miles from La Mesa. She is shown in the picture I uploaded. She is an amazing person! Loved hearing about her journey in establishing this place. My husband absolutely loved the Cranberry Walnut Bread I had picked up a few weeks back and we went back for more. I also bought a slice of quiche to take home (delicious) and a chocolate croissant (just the right blend of flaky, yet soft) and a freshly baked loaf of sourdough. Everything we had was amazing. She obviously takes a lot of pride in what she makes. She has hired some sweet employees that have waited on us in the past, especially Mylie who was a big reason for my return. Mylie patiently explained the different offerings and was so pleasant! We appreciate that level of service. Everything is top notch. What are you waiting for? (Just leave a loaf of cranberry walnut for us!)

I absolutely loved the barley based, gluten-free banana bread, so soft, lightly sweet and delicious!
The story gets even deeper, I know that every piece was made with care and love.

Love this new discovery I found in Ramona. Everything is fresh and delicious, The cherry pie, fudge, banana bread and Pizza are such a treat. The sweets are made daily as all the breads.
This is a must if you’re driving through Ramona or are a local.

As perfect as I had hoped! I went in for my first visit, which was too long coming and I’m kicking myself for not having made trying this place out a priority sooner! I went in for a little something sweet and not only found the MOST PERFECT DECADENT cinnamon roll EVER, but also IRISH SODA BREAD! Yes, ….. real authentic Irish soda bread AND they were both pure heavenly deliciousness. Great pricing, more than fair – a steal actually! The staff were friendly and great; Darcy was a true delight to meet! Warmed and iced my roll up real quick and THANKFULLY its clear they did NOT use a microwave (Amen to that!) I’ll be returning for sure! I was made a lifetime faithful customer with one visit.

I can’t really rate the service or atmosphere as I buy their amazing sourdough bread from Paradise Produce on Del Dios Hwy, but since I wish I could give the bread 20 stars, I figured it would help boost the rating to rate those categories highly anyway.
The inside does look darling based on the photos.
But seriously, their sourdough bread is on a whole ‘nother level! Buy it. Toast it. You’ll thank me.

Wonderful hospitality in a low key setting. Everything was so good we started with the delicious chai latte, liked it so much we ordered a pizza. Then we had to get a loaf of fermented sourdough bread and cookies to go. Makes amazingly good french toast.

We had the best chocolate cake we’ve ever tasted—it was perfect! The gluten-free chocolate chip cookies were excellent as well. Although we don’t typically prefer gluten-free options, these cookies surpassed most chocolate chip cookies we’ve tried, whether gluten-free or not. This place is a must-visit! Can wait to try more next time we come by!
