Great service, coffee mixed to perfection and the baker’s choice doughnut today was the best donut I’ve ever had in my life!! It had light blue frosting with sugar sprinkled on top and a chocolate cream filling that was to die for! Thanks so much!!

I’ve gone to dunkin 3 times in the past month and each time the order was messed up. today i ordered the meal deal with a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel without cheese. there was cheese. i also ordered an iced coffee with carmel cream and cold foam. there was no cold foam. why am i paying extra for something and them not even giving me it. my sister picked up the order so she didn’t even realize it was messed up until home but there’s a reason dunkin is considered garbage compared to the rest of the coffee world.

A nice place to grab a quick coffee or iced drink. The employees are awesome. Drive thru or dine in they are welcoming and efficient. I really enjoyed the spark’d energy drink I ordered. I wish they had a vegan donut option for my vegan friend but they do have non dairy milks available to make coffees so we still all got something to enjoy.

went through the drive thru 12/8 at night and ordered a sandwich and had browns, and everything was beyond fresh i was surprised, staff was quick and polite, people are quick to leave a review when service is bad, just wanted to highlight great service !

I dont know the girls name but just about every one of them who work around 2-3pm are the sweetest! I come often so they do recognize my order which I also appreciate so much! I have terrible experiences every time I am at the Tarpon Springs US 19 location, so highly recommend to give the ladies at palm harbor the extra couple minutes of a drive to get a great experience!

Just reopened, I have had two issues with them already. One my croissant was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Two was this morning. Went through the drive thru and asked for a medium iced coffee with caramel, one mocha, and one cream. She tells me they have no mocha. So I say caramel and one cream, she proceededs to ask if I said Splenda so I repeat only caramel and one cream. When I get to work I notice she did not listen. She gave me 3 Carmel (which I asked for) 3 Splenda and 3 cream. Not what I asked for. She was kinda over talking me when I’m trying to talk my order. Please listen to the customer not take it upon yourself to know what they want!

Shoutout to the Palm Harbor Dunkin’ team! I had my drink made incorrectly at another location, so I stopped by Palm Harbor to see if they could help. Without hesitation, they remade the drink and were so pleasant and understanding throughout the whole interaction.

2 stars because the morning staff is amazing but if you wanna go past 4pm, be prepared to have cold food, drinks with random things floating in them, or to not be served because they take the liberty to close an hour or more early. Door says 8pm but if you walk up at 7:15pm they are gone. This is not a 1 time occasion for an emergency either. This has happened about 5 times now. Night staff is not friendly, throws food out window and doesnt even get orders right, and doesnt work the full shift. Should just change hours of operation bc at this point no one works past 7pm anyway. Again, morning staff are nice and always get the order out fast and hot. If theres a wait, they communicate well and still work fast! Morning staff is only reason i didnt give it a 1 star. I hope the management see this and talks to the night people.
