In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. We do things the Bueno way, and you’re sure to taste the difference.

Fastest Service this side of the Arkansas River. Beef Nacho Salad was solid. Staff was quality. They & OKCThunder even offer a complimentary game day taco.

I had to wait for over 30 minutes for nasty under cooked food and the bag had salsa spilled all over it.
The people that work here are a joke . Who ever owns this place shame on you this is disgraceful and disgusting. I hope the health department shuts you down immediately.

This has to be the worst location! We have been a couple times and we are always missing something from our order. The food is always so salty. Today we ordered a nacho salad it was very little toppings all chips. Can usually find half the team huddled up at the trash can smoking.

I would like to share an alarming incident that occurred at your drive thru on December 4. I placed my order and requested light ice in my drink. The employee repeated my order but did not say light ice, so I stated again I wanted light ice and he said I heard you. I get to the window and he handed me my drink that was completely full with ice. I gave him the drink back and told him I wanted light ice. He grabbed the drink and raised his arm back and violently, with full force, threw the entire drink at the drink machine. This is disturbing and inappropriate behavior and a simple request should have never triggered such rage! I asked what his name was and he said “Ashton”. He is a liability to your business and should be fired!

I asked if they had meal deal for Mucho nacho the person said I’m not for sure he said there’s a menu board out there then I asked for a chicken taco salad and I got a nacho chicken salad. It’s a salad but I wanted a taco chicken salad. All this in the drive thru

It’s never ending here at the Bixby location. I pulled up to drive thru tonight to an empty store and over the intercom I was blatantly just told “be right with you”. That was at 8:16 pm. I literally just pulled.out at 8:32 with absolutely no response in the drive thru or anything. I didn’t order any food. This has been an issue here since we moved to Bixby in 2021. Do better. The stunned look on the guys face working says it all. Do something bueno. Change

This location never fails to disappoint. I pulled up and they took almost a minute to even acknowledge me on the speaker.
I ordered two tacos and two burritos. Tacos were meat and cheese only so of course they made sure the outer shell was covered in sour cream and there was lettuce littered in the taco meat. My two bean burritos had cold tortillas and were sloppily made. This location needs all new employees, none of them want to work here and are clearly just lazily making it through the day. I’m surprised this location is even open.
