Usually I like coming here. The usually allow me to get a cherry dip cone with my meal instead of the Sunday you get. Well this time a came they would not let me have the cherry dip cone the put it in a dis lh it hard to eat when driving and it made a mess in my car trying to eat it as a Sunday. I will not be back to this location in Stubenville, Ohio. or the location in Weirton location the do.the same thing. I really like the food at Dairy Queen. Muah better than McDonald’s. I just will not go back to these locations.

This used to be the best place to get an icecream and socialize. Food was decent the place was clean and inviting. Not now. It is disgusting inside. They had maggots in the ice cream machine that the health department found. They have been given violations over and over. I will never go there again. I caution anyone who is thinking about. Don’t wanna leave out the 20 min wait time in drive thru for an ice cream. No other patrons in line or inside.

I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism at this place! I ordered a cake online yesterday, and when I went to pick it up today, they didn’t even have my order and gave me the wrong cake. I had all the proof with the confirmation number, but they still messed it up. This is completely unacceptable. From now on, we’re taking our business to the Weirton location. This kind of incompetence is just not worth our time.

This place is beyond the worst I have visited. This place is so dirty flies everywhere. The woman with the fake hair making icecream is horrible I saw her spit in the customers drink. The woman at the register needs away from sending orders she can’t hear much or understand. She was talking to another employee about a customer which she made the mistake not them. I was behind the person in line what she said is right. This place needs shut down. Worst experience ever!! The food wasn’t good i like burgers but this was horrible. Taste underly cooked. I won’t return don’t waste your money.

Just went here with my wife and will never go back. No employees wear gloves, the employee that took/prepared our order (Alexis G) had an absolutely filthy shirt on that she so kindly used to wipe the rim of my wife’s blizzard with. Then acted like I was crazy when I said I wanted her to remake it. Almost forgot that she didn’t get any strawberries in her strawberry cheesecake blizzard.
