Wonderful food and excellent service by Diana!
We had a fantastic experience at K Rico Mexican Grill. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Our server made sure we were well taken care of and checked in on us without being intrusive.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every bite was full of authentic Mexican flavor, and you can tell they truly care about quality. The drinks were also great and paired perfectly with our meal.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. This Mexican restaurant blew me away from the moment I walked in. The host was incredibly accommodating and genuinely helpful. Every person on the staff was warm attentive and friendly in a way you rarely see anymore.
The food was next level. I had the queso with chorizo and it was so good it alone would bring me back again and again. Everything tasted fresh vibrant and made with real care.

My wife and I had a great dinner tonight. TJ was our bartender who took care of us from the moment we sat down. We asked for some specific menu tweaks and he was not hesitant to ask the Chef what they could do to accommodate us. The Chef was so kind to do what she could and the dinner was awesome. We had some fantastic Katrina margaritas to go with it. The water view here makes time slow down so come by and treat yourself to a fantastic meal at K Rico Mexican Grill in Naples Bayfront.

Not impressed. We made a reservation for 4 people at 7pm. We were told, by an unfriendly hostess, that there was no outside seating. A second host, very friendly, told us that he could definitely get us a table outside if we would wait while they cleaned it up. Not a problem for us. Our server was distracted, slow, and difficult to find when we needed him. The food was finally served an hour after we ordered. Food was good but not great or very hot (temperature-wise). We ordered a chicken burrito, beef burrito, enchiladas, grouper and queso with chorizo as an app. I had a margarita for $18 that was mostly ice and if there was tequila in it, I would be very surprised. The second round of drinks, which were requested while we were mid meal did not show up until we were finished eating and ready to leave. Love the location and the outside patio but not with the poor service and mediocre food.

We came here for dinner and were seated outside. Our waitress seemed impatient with us and just did her job and that was it. I had to ask another waiter for a water refill, for instance, after waiting for ten minutes with empty water. We got a margarita, which was very strong. I ordered a Cubano and a side of fried sweet plantains. The Cubano was decent, but the yucca fries on the side were a bit dry and needed a sauce. The sweet plantains were excellent. Overall, the food was decent but the service detected from the overall experience.

Had an early dinner with my son. We have been selecting a different (new to us) restaurant each week to try and this one he picked because he wanted Nachos.
The order of things we liked:
Churros – dessert first?! As far as our favorites it was! Very good with Caramel and Raspberry sauce.
Corn Bread. buttery and sweet – came with hot sauce if you wanted to add spice.
Juanchitos Tamales – SO GOOD. Doesnt come with sauce because it doesnt need it. I’ve had his brisket tamales before but this time ordered the Jalapeno/Cheese. It has Jalapeños- so it was spicy.
Street Taco with Ground Beef – Joseph ordered this and it was decent sized and a lot of ground beef. He said that when we come back he wants to order it again.
Empanadas – they were good. Maybe we were just getting full at that point. But glad we tried.
Nachos – also good. We had with Chicken and was very generous with the toppings. It’s near the end of our list but by no means was it disappointing. Easily could share with 4+ people!
Cheese dip – this was okay. I’m not sure what it was missing but we have had better.
To wrap it up, Kelly M was our server and was excellent. We loved her Corgi socks and she was helpful and patient while we were navigating our experience.
For everything we ordered and our two drinks, and take home boxes with enough for lunch tomorrow plus some… we spent about $100 including tip. For this area, that is very reasonable.
Some side notes – theres plenty of room for bigger parties. The bar and outside overlook the water. And the bathrooms were nice and clean.

Based on our experience here this restaurant deserves zero stars.The hostess seated us and we waited over 10 minutes before the same hostess came by can gave us water. We asked if she was our server and she said no and that they were busy tonight. We waited at least another 5 minutes before a server came and took our drink order. So we waited over 15 minutes just to get a server for a drink order. My husband ordered a pitcher of red Sangria. It took the server another 15 minutes to bring us the Sangria. By this time we were ready to walk out. Then the server asked if we wanted to order any food. We told her we just ate and just wanted drinks for now. She then told us she can’t just serve us drinks. Then my husband said she can take the Sangria back and we will leave because we waited over 30 minutes for service and she never said at the time of the order that we needed to order food. Then she said nevermind and walked away. This restaurant has a bar area with seats and there were people sitting at the bar with drinks but no food. My husband then asked another server if we can speak to a Manager, the server said he will find her and then comes back a few minutes later and says he can’t find the manager. So we asked for the Manager’s name and the server said Heather. So I then got up and spoke to the hostess that seated us and asked her if she can get Heather the Manager to come to our table. She said okay, but she never got the manager. We watched her go to our server and say something to her. This is proof that not only the customer service is terrible at this restaurant but the manager doesn’t care. We ended up walking out and left the Sangria on the table. My husband did speak to a lady at the front who said she was a Manager or she could have been another server because the Manager at this restaurant apparently doesn’t care. She said that they don’t want people to get drunk which is why the policy is to order food with drinks. Then my husband said how do you know how many drinks a person had prior to coming in this restaurant? Also we waited 15 minutes just to order drinks because there was no server. We will never patronize this restaurant in the future. We had an awful experience, one of the worst ever. It is a good thing we ate prior to coming to this restaurant. Based on our experience I do not recommend. The service lacks and apparently the Manager on duty doesn’t care about customers. They only care about money and ripping people off. Buyer beware.

Coming back from a trip Thanksgiving weekend, we needed a spot to recharge. K-Rico was an amazing choice! Guided by our incredible bartenders Julio and TJ, my wife selected the Pasta Corralejo and I ordered short rib enchiladas with green sauce. The pasta was delicious, and my enchiladas were so addictive that she ended up eating a third of my dish. The whole time, Julio and TJ kept us welcome company and we talked, laughed, and had a great experience. The views of the bay are perfect, the decor is a funky tex-mex couture, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. This is a gem you dont want to miss!

Jonnie and Katie gave us the best service! We had awesome food and great atmosphere. We brought our little dog and they are always so welcoming. We have been here 3 times now and will keep coming back! Dinners are best in town if you like Mexican food!
