Went in with a family of 5 for dinner.. stood in line to order for over 15 minutes and no one was taking orders. All the employees were just standing around in the kitchen doing nothing.. got tired of waiting so we went to Arby’s, walked right in and had no waiting. So you all lost out on a $70 order.

My husband got a chicken pot pie. It’s had no sauce, chicken inside was dry …. took it back got a refund and spent 3$ more on the 3 piece meal. Corn was old and the chicken had been sitting so long it was turning a dark brown. It was hard and the meat was dry. I couldn’t eat it. What a waste….. ugh

Good food, hot and ready. Fast service we ate at the one on nicholasville Rd., Lexington the one in Glasgow Kentucky was awful very expensive. Chicken tenders were three and very very small..

The food was dry, the chicken was brown and had no meat. The biscuit was so hard I couldn’t even bite down. The fries were so hard it chipped a tooth and made me choke. Will not be going back. 10 dollars I yearn for everyday.

Got to order on drive through and was told to wait a minute. Stayed there for 10 minutes and nothing. Finally went to the window and was told they wouldn’t be taking orders over the window for the time being because the Lobby was too full and online orders were out of control. Well… could have let me know. As I drive around to see that the lobby was empty. Horrible professional posture and zero customer assistance.

The manager of this location shouldn’t be one anywhere after the way he talked to my wife was 100% uncalled for. As a manager you should correct a mistake that was made by your store and apologize for it. You had no right to treat her the way you did sir. You was hateful with her as well as belittled her for a mistake you guys made. You know it’s wrong to treat a customer like that. I will be taking this as high as I can go with the company and I will not be sending anyone to your location because of your actions. You need to be replaced as your not fit to be a manger.

KFC online says closes at 12 but it’s really at 10. They closed before the time but had the lobby open. They let my friends and me stand at the register to order food then proceed to tell us it’s closed when we started ordering.

If you like high prices for very little food, it’s the place to go. I ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner, “Big Box” is what was on the menu (#K6). I got 2 very little chicken legs, and a very little thigh.(They must have had these chickens on a diet). It came with Cole slaw, mash potatoes, biscuit and Pepsi, (which was like water), all of this for $8.66. This is the 2nd strike on them with me, 1st strike was their poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. This was a drive thru order. So, I guess they think they can put whatever in these orders and nothing will be said. I will not be back!!!

I’m not from Kentucky but when I saw they had Honey BBQ Wings at KFC I had to do it as they are not available in my home state..
They forgot the sauce apparently. I had dried out, breaded spicy wings.
I should’ve passed this place by too. My journey through Kentucky has been more miss than hit!

Lee is under new ownership since my last visit and while it seems that the staff is better organized the manager was rude and mean toward her employees. The food was fine but currently the franchise down the street is serving better chicken.
