Delivering past 11am would be super helpful! I want to place the order now for delivery but either have to wait and pick it up myself or use DoorDash, or just order breakfast. This isn’t convenient for night shifters and there are a lot in Sheridan. Otherwise this has always been a great place to eat in my opinion.

i asked for my order to be fresh and the only thing that was fresh was the nuggets, fries were cold and when iasked for more fresh fries, they gave me more cold fries, my burger was made right but was so cold like it’s been sitting there all day, asked for them to remake it 3 times and the 3rd time looked soo sloppy and taste like they threw it in the microwave, this place definitely needs better management!!!

I ordered a McCafe Mocha Frappe and 20 mins later I am still chewing ice chunks with every sip. It says, “Quality ingredients blended for you.” What exactly did they blend?? Happens all the time.

Espresso machine was down and asked for coffee and was told it was going to take 30 minutes to brew! Absolutely ridiculous!

there was actual blood on our bag. this is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. they also messed up our order and we waited for an extra 15 minutes only to get food with blood on it.

Why is the location always messing up simple orders. Always with the special orders being backwards…ie…no pickles no mustard….it’s no ketchup no onions….always missing food, when we have 5 of the dame burger and the latter us wrong. Maybe get some better screens for your backline so ur cooks can read proper, or I don’t know, maybe train ur employees to read, managers excuse for not seeing the order was, “were busy” it’s everytime…train ur people better

This place almost never gets your order right. Now you can’t even go in to get it redone. You have to wait in the longest, slowest line in McDonald’s history just to get it wrong again.

Only things that changed is the place was remolded and the people got worse…….
