Burger King food is very good. But in this case I never got food because I couldn’t get waited on. The restaurant was empty, there was one person in front of me, but they couldn’t be bothered to take orders. They spent all their time taking care of drive-through orders. After 10 minutes I left. The person in front of me hadn’t been waited on either by the time I left.

This is a fun, clean, and good environment fast food place. It is close to residential area and not far from highway 101. The burger tastes better than expected. Fries are good. There are crowns of the new character’s figure in “kung fu panda 4”. Nice experience dining here. Recommend.

Friendly customer service. Fairly priced breakfast. Clean dinning room. I don’t know how male employees dry their hands after breaks as the hand dryer does not appear to work and there are no towel dispensers.

This was a great Burger King location. They do little to no mistake even on the most detailed customizations, food is always fresh and they usually have every drink on stock. There is a soda machine that is also featured in some Burger King locations where you select the drink you want and press and hold the button. (And if you are in drive thru they give you the drink you ordered anyway). About the ambiance, this location was really spacious compared to other Burger King locations throughout California. High chairs and a table made for 10+ people, very chill A/C with television where there are entertainment channel open (Atmosphere TV). There are also tables outside. Sometimes there are homeless people right outside Burger King, and service may sometimes be slow.

Not a bad spot for a Burger King. Right next to a hotel or motel. But overall, it was a quiet spot. Nice compared to the usual traffic noise we hear at other burger kings. Food was great, dining area was clean. I really liked how this location lined up their seating area with BK crowns. We don’t need to ask for one. Just take it and be the king you deserve to be lol.
The only thing is that the atmosphere did feel a little dull. No music or anything.

I wanted to sample the limited time fiery menu so ordered the Fiery Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Fiery Chicken Fries. The sandwich was a bit overwhelmed with the vinegary sauce – tasted like a standard fast food buffalo chicken to me. I didn’t even notice the seasoned bacon, could have been missing. The seasoned breading on the chicken fries was a little bit more interesting.

I went to pick up some food after work , Mind you I placed the order online… I pull up to the window and tell them I have an order for pick up. The associate which I think could be the manger tells me that all the food is there and basically pushes me out of the drive thru , I wrongly trust him and get home to find out that I’m missing half of my order. Traveled 20 minutes home from the place and try to call to see what can be done, to find out the phone line doesn’t even work. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

everyone here are so rude even manager Maria, I asked for a cup of water she seem very bother by request… giving me half a cup of water, in a cup with no lid thru the drive-thru…. when I asked for her to fillies she said go around park you car and come inside…….just plain rude! never buying from this place again
