We stopped in on the way back from an Oklahoma trip and almost everything was perfect. Ordered from the kiosk and did not have to wait long for our meals. Service was friendly. The Mexican Pizza was beautifully made. I say beautifully because I’ve seen many just thrown in a box (not from this TB). The only thing that was a damper were the chalupas. They were hard as a rock, obviously stale. Other than that, everything else was fresh and delicious.

“The best Taco Bell in Barry County” might actually be correct, especially service-wise.
It’s actually some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in a drive thru, and they consistently get our orders correct, and get the food to us expeditiously every time I’ve been there.

I work close to their location and I decided just to walk over and pick up my order. I was told that since I was not in a car and the lobby was closed, I would not be allowed to pick up my already paid for order and I would not be refunded. I truly don’t understand but I will never go back there for the rude and blatent ugly attitude I received.

Very unprofessional when you cuss out teens after a football game! Then proceeded to go outside & take pictures of vehicle license plates. Cuss the boys again for not leaving after you’ve called the police. The boys did what they should have & waited for PD to get there! I truly hope those boys family stop supporting this local establishment!

I tell you what I’m so sick of Taco Bell in Cassville!! I spent $60 tonight on food. I can not handle the nachos cheese so I specifically ask for it not to be on my food. My son orders the quesadilla and can handle the jalapeño sauce, and the chalupa was so hard we could barely chew it. Well we get our order and everything we asked for NOT to be on the food was. So here we are with $60 worth of food and can’t eat it. All you have to do is read the order that was placed. Its not that hard!!!

As I have an old truck, had to reverse through the drive through with my pregnant sister as my driver side window doesn’t roll down. As we roll up to the window ready to pay out my passenger side, the guy go’s “cute” passively aggressively and instead of just explaining to us to not do that please, he has us go all the way around to the end of the line to do it again and then make my pregnant sister get out of my truck and walk around and pay. There’s a nice way to do things and say things, and every else in the town is use to the reverse method and doesn’t quite frankly care. Be better and be nicer, just because it bothers YOU doesn’t give you the right to be a prick.

This place is normally really good but the baritos were basically only tortia.we got 34 7 dollar boxes and she gave us twist so we went up kindly and asked for cheese and she threw the cheese on the plate and was very mad horrible customer service

Everything was fine, people were nice service was good. Until the food. The chips were SO stale and sour i couldn’t even eat them, my burrito was made by the older lady so ill give her some slack but she made it like a gordita and not a burrito, it’s all flat and everything was falling out the sides because it wasn’t rolled properly, it was a 5 layer burrito and she made it like it was a 2 layer burrito, just beef and tortilla, no cheese beans, Nothing just meat and tortilla. Everything but the chips tasted amazing. But then again the display was horrendous.

I normally just use the drive-through when we eat here instead of going inside. They are normally pretty quick to get u through and out of there, depending on the time of day and how busy they are at that time. The food would be better if it wasn’t all so spicy. Seems like no matter what you order, even if you order something that isn’t supposed to be spicy so I don’t really eat here often. The service is usually pretty good and quick they just forget to send some of the things you order with you. I have had to go back a few times due to me not getting my entire order but they are always nice about it and other than it being an inconvenience to have to drive back to town it’s an easy fix and they make it super simple
