I come here weekly and I’d say 9/10 times I am pulling right up to the drive thru with zero wait. If there’s a line, it’s usually fast. These workers are top notch. Friendly, fast service and fresh. Glad to have this Dunkin nearby!

Visited on a Saturday around 10am and went inside. The girl at the counter seemed less than impressed to be working today. She seemed incredibly unhappy and tired, she took our order and had to ask multiple times what we ordered. She was taking orders and making them despite a full staff working . Then when the drinks came out one was wrong, I told her it was supposed to be hot and a medium, and she just looked at me dumbfounded so I grabbed it (we waited a long time). By the time we got to the car half of my husband’s drink was gone and we realized she gave us a cup with a hole in it. By this point the drink was all over us, and the car. My husband went back in with the drink and no one would acknowledge him so he waited 15 minutes with a dripping empty cup in the lobby. She finally remade both drinks (took about 30 mins) in which time a couple of other people walked out tired of waiting noting that the staff was ignoring my husband. When she did finally acknowledge him her response was “oh”. Not an I’m sorry or anything like that … Just “oh”. When we finally got home we noticed her hair ON one of the donuts.
This was just… A really bad experience that didn’t need to happen. I would say it was just this one person, but everyone else that worked there also just walked right by my husband with a large dripping cup and said nothing. We now get to spend Sunday afternoon cleaning up sticky Carmel coffee from our car, clothes and my handbag. At the end of the day it’s just coffee, but not a great way to start out your morning either. An I’m sorry would have gone a long way. Maybe go to another Dunkin.

Signs on the building said open til 7. 6:40pm, door locked. Went through drive thru. No hello, no please or even a thank you. Absolutely atrocious service, and false advertising.

Literally the worst Dunkin in all of Dunkin’s. The team here is awful. They are argumentative and will charge you for things you didn’t ask for. And complain to each other in front of you. Awful. Get it together.

I watched an employee come out of the womens bathroom wearing the same plastic gloves they wear to serve food. She then proceeded to ring up a customer in the drive thru and serve food with those samne plastic gloves on. omg how unsanitary is that! Last visit here

Our Iced Lattes consisted of only milk and flavoring no coffee at all. Even asked for an extra shot. They looked like a tall glass of milk with ice.

They used to be fast and officiant but lately because of short staffed(bc one of the workers/managers was complaining about it) they run slow. I pre ordered a drink and wrap 10mins before I got to the building the wrap was still not ready after standing there another 10min causing me to be late for work. No one emailed me back about the situation I left without my food and still need refunded.
