This is my second time eating from Cava and first let me just say that the food is very good! However I am so dissapointed this go round. The carrots were so hard and dry that whoever prepped this should be ashamed. My son loves carrots and could not enjoy his order. Also I get half way through my pita only to realize no steak was added. I will still give this place another try however my food was dashed so imagine the inconvience of me not being able to check my food in store. Im one upset pregnant lady.

First time eating there on Monday. The food was really good but the service was slow going due to only 2 workers manning the counter. One guy was very short(attitude) but the guy who helped with the orders and handled the register was very pleasant. The next day the same with the service only difference is they had a female assisting this time ( she was very short with her attitude as well). Same guy manning the register (nice, helpful and polite). I will still recommend but a smile, a significant answer when asked about the food and/or sauces/sides, and a plan ole hello would be very nice!

I had a great experience here, on Zelda Road. I brought my girlfriend a couple for the first time. It was her first time eating here and she loved it! The manager Bethany was so helpful in employees were highly informed and courteous on all the ingredients relevant allergy information. The food is fresh full of flavor and tasted consistent with the recipes and experience that I’ve had at other CAVA restaurants!!! I would definitely recommend eating here.

Amazing First Experience at CAVA!
My family and I visited CAVA for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu and offering great suggestions.
We each built our own bowls, and the quality of ingredients was outstanding—everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The variety of toppings and sauces made it easy to customize our meals just the way we liked them. My son especially enjoyed picking out his ingredients, and my wife and I appreciated how healthy yet satisfying everything was.
The portions were generous, and the flavors were bold without being overwhelming. Whether it was the tender grilled chicken, the spicy harissa, or the creamy hummus, every bite was delicious. It’s rare to find a place that combines convenience, quality, and nutrition so well.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit! CAVA has definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh and flavorful meal!

Used to be my favorite place, not anymore. Under new management or partially new staff, but is quite the sad bunch and obviously under a lot of stress. The manager stands over the staff and cashier’s shoulder as if she is micro managing the Little Rascals. She moves them out of the way to do their job while they stand beside her looking pitiful. This is my second encounter with her acquaintance and I am more turned off than the first time with this lady. Which was my last visit, I did not report on here because I thought everyone is entitled to have a bad day. This Cava is in a bad season as far as service, and now I see why the workers don’t smile anymore. It’s the management. This place used to have happy workers and music playing now the tension can be cut with a knife. As I waited for fresh pita chips, I noticed she didn’t talk to the military customers the same way and she handled them all with a huge smile on her face. But what was most annoying about this visit and my last visit, this lady kept saying it’s going to be extra for this, for every item I wanted more of. As I told her last time, its worth it, just load me up. And just like last time the server at the end goes “we have to tell people that, because they get mad when it’s time to pay” and like last time I said I don’t mind. But today at lunchtime the lady manager felt it extremely important to specifically tell me it’s extra and then give me the smallest corner of these items I am to pay extra for. And she was holding the line up to ensure I understood It was just really tacky, and unnecessary, as if her spirit was saying “the little black girl can’t afford her bowl” needless to say after all that drama and Hassle… I don’t have an appetite for Cava.

Im that customer seeking a good experience with good vibes and good food. Last time my falafel was a bit mushy , and I am too disappointed today to taste it.

You never know who walks in your place of business, Authors, Astronauts or Arborists…they all deserve good treatment. I am just so happen to be an author who decided to patronize your place of business today. Thanks for the wack tacky experience.
