Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been too. They give you whatever they feel like, charge whatever they feel like, rude and clueless. I have the most basic order and it’s 98% of the time wrong. Countless times I’ve gone and gotten the complete wrong thing then they give an attitude when you want it replaced. I PAID FOR THIS I SHOULD GET WHAT I WANT. Absolute joke of a place and staff. And the woman manager is rude as can be. Never giving my money here again.

Terrible service. Just left there and the staff were not rude, but seemed lifeless. While waiting for our order at the drive thru, the young man turned his back to us and leaned up against the window. Barely spoke. It also took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Very disappointing

This Dunkin’ donut store on Arlington is less than a mile from my home, but I prefer the one on fire tower road. Be careful and I hope you ask for your receipt, because they over charge me all the time. And they never get my order right.

This Dunkin Donut in Greenville ,North Carolina gets 5 stars. Fast friendly service and the shop was very clean. I arrived at closing time and the donuts were fresh !!! I love this location it’s close to the hospital and centrally located in this college town,home of ECU university.

One star because they open early. Second star because they had what i ordered. The donuts were just donuts. Nothing spectacular. In fact they made me mad they were so plain. I went back they the drive thru & told them i ordered a glazed chocolate donut. The guy said it is…smdh…NO IT IS NOT. What kind of glaze is this. The donut was plain chocolate that was sticky like soaked in corn syrup but dry. You know that dry sticky feel when u touch something nasty. The blueberry donuts weren’t good but i ate it so i didn’t waste my money. Husband liked his jelly donuts. He said, “it was alright”. Is Dunkin Donuts going down now that they are so popular? Is it ok to slack up now? Can i get a REAL DONUT PLEASE?! GEE WIZ..WHAT IS THIS MESS?? Pretty food aint nowhere if it dont taste right! Booooooo

I have never in my life visited any kind of food or beverage establishment with this type of service. I have visited multiple times particularly in the last 6 months and this is what service I get; they are not serving food, out of bread items, no tea. I understand a business that a truck may not have arrived or something like that but to have these issues multiple times in a few months is absolutely insane. I continued to go because it’s the closets to my house. This is not the type of service you want to continue to give to your community do you?
