I ordered 2 drinks and had 1 with no ice and was told there would be a small upcharge. I am fine with that, I get to the window to pay and I was not given my reciept. I asked for it and saw the girl charged me $2 for no ice. That is half the price of the drink itself.
I went back in and they refused to help me, and turned her back to me saying that is what she charges everyone. So, I will not ever return to the location as long as they are over charging and hiding the receipt. Be cautious.

This is disgusting there was a hair in my meal. I thought it was just a small hair until i kept looking and its a long strand. I got this meal during my lunch break so i was unable to go back to the store and ask for a new one which i honestly wouldn’t have and would of preferred a refund. I only went here because the starbucks next to it was temporarily closed that day so this for sure is the reason i won’t ever get dunkin even as a second option

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s a problem now I went today this morning and they shorted me $.60 because they didn’t have any change. How are you shorting your customer you are supposed to round up if you don’t have change that’s not like it was pennies that was coins, quarters dimes that’s add up and when I said so, she had a little snotty attitude about it Sure, cause it wasn’t her money it was mine i’ll never come to this location again they had their last chance always bad customer service or something

On 5/26/25 I went inside to order an iced tea, when proceeding to sit outside and enjoy my drink I realized something inside my cup that seemed odd. When fishing it out of the cup it was an ice cube with mouse poop frozen inside. I went back inside to complain and even after I complained the cashier showed the manager in which time he disregarded her and continued on with what he was doing while she tried to do whatever she could to satisfy me. While standing there they all continued to use the same ice they used to make my drink and never bothered to notify any of the other employees to stop using it or throw it out.

Terrible service. The girl who served me was very slow, not to mention that after taking my order, she gave their food to two customers who arrived after me. My food was already cold by the time she brought me my coffees. A very bad experience. I will never go back there again. And if I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star.

This establishment coffee is ALWAYS horrible. If you know coffee, you know when the pots aren’t cleaned or when old coffee is re-used. It NEVER gives fresh. I’ve given numerous attempts. Every time I waste my money. Never again. Adding full to the fire, it’s always water down and never give “coffee”. I made an attempt to calling them. No one answered. Smh don’t go here.

Update: the new breakfast wrap or whatever replaced the breakfast Empanada’s are terrible!! I love Dunkin, am a huge fan, always prefer it over Starbucks anyday, but this breakfast wrap was cold and doesn’t heat up all the way through the same as with the empanada, please stop your testing and keep the empanada. It’s a keeper!! Anyone snoozing on it, just means you’re not doing enough marketing of this item.

I stopped by today using the drive through and wasn’t greeted with a hello or anything I went ahead with my order which was a Strawberry dragon fruit refresher and I thought the lady said anything else or I miss heard her the speaker isn’t exactly clear so I proceeded with my order once again she then shouted at me “Green tea or Lemonade “ either way she had no right to shout at me I find this very unprofessional. When I got up to the window I asked the cashier if she was the one who took my order and she responded with no and an attitude It was probably her and that’s why she got so offended. Regardless this was a very bad experience and I won’t be back.

Whatever you do ……DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS PLACE. Do not. Save your self the trouble. I dont EVER leave negative reviews but i’m most certainly going to leave one for this place. I order a cake online Thursday morning about 10:40am for it to be ready friday at 12pm. Used a coupon for $5 off no biggie. Went to go pick it up around 1:30pm and its no where to be found. After waiting for a good 15-20mins I was told by I’m assuming the manager “Ray” that they never received my order. I also already PAID $56.47 for a 1/2 sheet cake which is on my bank statement. The manager told me they had a cake made already…..mind you, not the flavor cake i wanted but i didnt have time to place a whole new order as i need the cake for Saturday morning. And i could come pick it up at 7:30 PM and i have to pay for it again but apparently they never received my payment.
I came to pick up my cake at 9:30pm THURSDAY NIGHT and the manager was trying to have me pay $62 and some change because i didn’t have the coupon code with me because i ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER and now the coupon is gone. This place is seriously a dump. Unorganized. Miscommunication. And wont pay a single penny to this place ever again.
